Has anyone had problems with AB silicone orders?

I will wait until the two week mark for a response of any sort. Then I will dispute.

I just think it's terrible to essentially promise processing in two days and then take weeks, months, whatever the case may be, to mail the order.

I definitely won't be doing business with them again. If it takes a while to process orders, then he/she should just say so. I can be patient, but not when I feel like I am being had...

Personally, I don't have any patience for any company that doesn't ship goods when promised and fails or refuses to communicate. It's business, not charity! There's a big difference between being patient and being taken for a fool.

Hello everyone. Has anyone ever had problems with orders? I ordered from them a couple times with no problem. My last order was almost three weeks ago, I was sent a tracking number and it still says pre-shipment. I've written customer service twice with no response. Has anyone else had problems with orders from them? Does anyone have a contact number, I could not find one on their site?

i placed an order in November!!! Three weeks later I shot off an e mail, week after got a tracking number, and it hasn't moved an inch. Do Not order anything from them, they are just stealing money.

I have repeatedly warned forum members about AB Silicon. Most of you have caught onto their shaky business practices. I just wish that PE Gym Admin would put out a bulletin to warn all members about purchasing from them.

I sell silicon sleeves and have inventory. If you make a purchase, we typically ship the next day.

Yup, ab silicone took my money and never shipped my comfort sleeves. I ordered them back in october but never received my order.
Lghanger will be my new source for my comfort sleeves...so important for clamping!

Yup,maybe send out a warning PE Gym? Might be good to contact MOS and Thunders too. Stop people in the PE community from this (now) shady company.

Wish I had seen this before making an order... Ordered a sleeve on 2/5/16 and it's still processing. They haven't even bothered to take the payment from paypal yet...As long as it's processing I can't even cancel or dispute the order.

I purchased almost $100 with them back at the end of December. 2 months, no package. Wrote to them via email, no response. Since I paid with Paypal, I wrote them 4 times through Paypal messaging and still no response. I opened a dispute through Paypal and I won, therefore receiving back my entire payment luckily.

I would strongly suggest that all members contact the PE Gym administration and request that they publish a disclaimer regarding AB Silicon.... a "Buyer beware" notification would be appropriate, and run it for a solid month or two. There is absolutely no excuse for members to be defrauded by shady companies that are unreliable.
