        To clarify what a break means, I am not referring to a piss break. Obviously, you are going to need to take a leak from time to time. What I am referring to is a break that is of a duration that your penis begins to recover. It would be the same as lifting weights for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. The body response is very different than if you lifted heavy for an hour straight. There is a deeper workout when done at once that cannot be replicated by multiple short sessions. I can feel the same thing using the Phallosan. There is a deeper pull when a long session is completed. Frankly, only the last few hours of a 12 hour session is when I feel the deep pull. If I was to break it up over multiple short sessions, I never experience that. This feeling is something I have learned to identify from a lifetime of bodybuilding and it is one where I have always seen progress in the past. Without it, it seems I spin my wheels.

            Party, what you are saying doesn't conflict with my theory. I am happy you gained what you did. I suppose it would fall under the same idea that if you go to the gym and lift in a way that isn't optimal, you are still going to gain.....just less than you are capable of. Not too interested into getting into a pissing contest with you, as I simply wanted to share my view given my experiences.....thought that is what the forums are for. Take it for what it's worth. You surely don't have to subscribe to my views.

              I don't use the foam ring it came with..you know the plastic adjustment piece on the other end? Well I put it on the side in place of the foam ring and set the size to fit around my thigh. It's a lot more comfortable and get A LOT BETTER AND MORE CONSISTANT STRECTH. The foam ring around your shaft is a bunk idea. And besides the foam ring is big..try it the way I explained and you won't use the ring again either..PEACE!!

                      Glad you are reading and find interest in my routine. I seems to be a good mix of long term boring gains with the Phallosan and the more short term enjoyment you get with the Bathmate. Strapping in every day for 12 hours gets a little tough on some days. The instant gratification you get from the Bathmate. makes it a lot more fun.

                        Well, it looks like the name of the thread should reference the Bathmate X40 instead of the X30. My girth is too big for the X30. It reminds me of condoms when I first started having sex. I never thought of my unit as big and never knew my girth was too big for standard size condoms. Frankly, I'd imagine I'm like most guys here at the Gym that thinks of their unit as smaller than normal. Because of that I bought regular condoms and they squeezed the living hell out if my dick and would take a lot of the enjoyment out of sex or break; neither which is good. Obviously I didn't learn. The Bathmate kills my dick and it cannot even fully extend in the tube bc it gets caught on the sides and I can feel the inside of the rubber part at the bottom digging into it, which doesn't feel good. I bought an X40 that is being delivered on Thursday. I'm looking forward to it, as I really enjoy pumping and can't wait to see my dick fully pumped and to finally get the extension outward, as well.

                          First of all great thread! I really appreciate your commitment and the accuracy you put in your "project"
                          I got the PF one week ago (I´m now at 8 hours per day) and ordered the X30 couple of days ago. So I´ll be doing the same PE methods and pretty much "copy" your work out. I´ll try to post my potential gains and experiences as well, but due to a lack of time probably not as consistent as you´re doing it.
                          As far as your procedure goes, in which order do you normally wear/use the devices. I´ve read that it´s most efficient if you use the Bathmate after the PF, but since I normally take a shower in the morning and using the PF over night did not really turn out to be very comfortable, am I bit clueless how I should combine both devices....

                            Hi nbgamer, glad you are enjoying it. You need to find something you can do consistently. I can tell you that over time that enthusiasm you have starting out will subside to a large degree and if you don't have something that allows you to fit it in your life, then you will take it out and along with that will go your hopes and dreams about what PE can bring because you will quit. If your schedule permits a shower in the morning and you do that like clockwork, I think it would be much better to do it in the morning with your shower. If you instead try to rearrange your proven schedule to accommodate the Bathmate, then most likely it will not be sustainable. I do use the Bathmate after 10 hours of PF usage on most days, then I put the PF back on for about an hour or two after the Bathmate session. My philosophy is a stretch after expansion is a good thing. But anyway you look at it, I can fit what I do in everyday without any complications, which to me is way more important than doing everything in the most optimal way. After you gain 1-1.5 inches running this routine for a year or so, then figure out how to optimize if the desire is still there to still grow more.

                            Do not focus on gains!!! Focus on loving the process you have created. Measuring and measuring will at some point kill what you are doing. I understand that growing is the whole point, but if you switch your focus more looking at it from a professional standpoint, that will allow you to focus on what helps you grow, rather that the growth itself. It helps you stay the course!

                              I have been using my Phallosan for about 2 weeks now, so I only have about 80 hours in as I started at 5 hours and then slowly built up. I am currently wearing 10 1/2 hours a day. I know that in conjunction with my stretching and the bathmate that it will definitely help with the length gains

                              I have been using the Bathmate for just over 2 months and during the session, I fill the X30 girthwise so I am planning using it for a while longer to get some more length in conjunction with the Phallosan, and eventually upgrade to an X40, but that is some time down the road.

                              I have noticed that my girth gains have been easier to come by than my length gains, and I think I may have a tough tunica so I believe that the Phallosan along with the stretches should help with that.

                                You keep upping those hours with the Phallosan and hit it hard every day your opinion of getting length gains will change! Good luck with your routine. The first 500 hours rock!
