I pull it out straight in front of me, then continue to the side so it is in its extended state. And I think it getting stuck is what is messing up the pull. And I find it incredible that people with less time, are apparently seeing gains. In one month, I've got over 300 hours, that kind of constant stretching should have yielded something...
