    Hi guys

    I have come to a conclusion that i am going to start hanging... because 2 hours of hanging everyday to me is much more convenient then extending for 9 hours a day... specially because i am going to start working and do not have that much time to spend 9 hours extending.

    I know that PE works because i have gained from extending so i am assuming hanging is just a more stronger version of extenders because it uses how ever much force you want...

    going to extend for 1 more month then start hanging..

    who uses the bib hanger and how much gains have you made from hanging?
    Also what are your opinions on hanging?

    You dont want to do 9 hours extender to see fast gains...!!I got an extender plus a book for instructions ...the book has 2 programmes , one for 9 hours and one for 4 hours...the only difference is the amount of rods(different erection during the programme),but of course if you choose hanging you can see faster gains !

      hey do you use andropenis by any chance thats the one i use.. my problem is il be working 4 days a week and in those days i cannot even do 4 hours because of gym after work then home by like 11 in the night .. thats why 2 hours of hanging seems like more convenient

        Yea i use andropenis from august now!!If you miss so many time ..try hanging but if you have the time and you can use it for 4 hours , then its fine...but i suggest you to have semi erection!

          You add a 0,5 cm(rod) after 5-7 days but when you reach the third month you add one rod after 10 days !!So here is the deal for the advance programme!

            Hanging works better than extender but the difference depends from your effort also...!!I was a progressive hanger(20 + lbs) with a homemade machine ..for 1 year without other exercises to my routine and i saw a good change to my dick size (more than a half inch) but i measured with a ruler!!

              nice work more than half an inch from hanging sounds good did hanging give you any girth by any chance ... it has got to a point where extending takes a lot of effort trying to get the right fight without sliping it off and i always have to get a hardon before puting it on... its sort of like im clamping my penis head because it stays erect when in the extender while the rest of my penis below the head is flaccid stretched.

                Some members hang and also use their extender for a few hours as an anti turtle device.

                  It gave me more base girth but zero to other parts of my shaft...with hanging you create a 'baseball' shape dick especially if you use heavy weights but you can overcome this if you add some jelq varations for more girth from the midle and above!

                    I don't know much about compression hanging but I vacuum hang. It allows you to do one hour sets instead of breaking your sets up into 20 minutes.

                    It maybe a little more expensive but I went this route to save time as well. It's comfortable and I enjoy it.

                      by baseball shape dick do you mean skinny at the top (penis head) and thick at the base?
                      if so my penis head is very large compared to the rest of my penis
                      and my skinniest part of the penis is actually the base so wouldnt it even my penis out more?

                        what vacuum hanger do you use and doesnt vacuum hanging change the shape of your penis head since all the weight is hanging and pulling downwards on the penis head?

                        did you gain 0.75 inches from vacuum hanging ?

                          I am thinnest at the base as well thickest in the middle and in somewhere in between at the head. Maybe hanging will get me some base girth. Definitely interested myself...

                            I originally started hanging with the vachanger3 but just switched to lghanger and would recomend the lg.

                            Sometimes it changes the shape from edema but nothing permanent. But that was mostly with the vachanger3. No real issues with the lghanger and I love it.

                            I gained the .75" from a manual routine before starting to hang. I just started hanging about 3 months ago. And posted no gains due time restraints. I in no way blame hanging for no gains. I just couldn't put more than 6 hours/week in the last 2 months, and that's not enough time to gain. Plus had a loss of EQ.

                            Now that I'm settled in with the lghanger I just ordered a phallosan to ADS with to help with the gains. I'm confident that by the end of the year I will be much bigger.

                              Yes we say the same thing!Its not problem really, many people and members here have this type of dick!If you know how to use the lower shaft during sex then its ok lol !
