      While I think massaging your sack and balls is a good thing because it draws in fresh blood and nutrients, I don't personally think it can do anything of a permanent change. You can massage your bi's and tri's and it will make them feel better, but they won't change their size at all. I and a lot of others though feel that jelqing your sack will lengthen them in a more permanent way (no one can say do it for X amount of time and they will stay that way forever should you stop). The jelq is more intense and forces movement within your sack and testes, and this is the big difference in my opinion. Jelqing "blows up" your sack while massaging them does not. It drives your testes down to the bottom of your scrotum and over time probably elongates your cremaster muscle and the spermatic cord it surrounds (the cremaster muscle is made up of skeletal muscle).

        I used flax seed oil today and noticed a lot of the smaller blood vessels showing through the skin. Looks great!         • HCG will make your testes hang lower. So I think hormones come into play as well.

                • A quicker (albeit more expensive) avenue to get your balls to hang low for ~3-6 months seems to be to get some "scrotox" (botox injections to the cremaster and dartos muscles). Has anyone tried it???

                  • This worked for me when my scrotum was tight. One thing that helped me was to relax the pelvic floor while breathing in a controlled manner. As I relax my pelvic floor, I can feel my balls hanging lower and my sac filling up with them. I still massage but now use multiple cock rings to keep my sac stretched to where I want them.

                    Lower hanging has eliminated painful ejaculations where it felt like my balls were retreating inside. When I ejaculate now, the balls hug close to my body while the sac remains full.
