[QUOTE My urologist's exercise is as follows:
Form an OK grip just above your testicles pushing them down into bottom of scrotal sac. Rotate you wrist slightly downward, pulling the testes and holding tension on them. With opposite hand, grasp flaccid penis pulling in opposite direction of testicles, hold the stretch for 15-60 seconds while doing kegels. (Work up to the 60 sec. holds & kegels over a couple of weeks). I do these at the beginning of my exercises, right after warm up. Stretch in 5 directions-UP, Down, Right Groin, Left Groin, then Straight Out, kegeling and holding each direction. Really feels terrific, good stretch to start your exercises, plus it gets my kegels out of the way for the day! Next I lube up and do testicle Jelqs according to rbi99's directions, then move to overhand jelqs, V-jelqs, Ulis & squeeses, and end by edging. That's my entire routine. It's a bit too intensive overall for a beginner, but I've shown some nice gains from it. Your mileage may vary!

@ Hound, gettinbig1, et.al.: Try my URO stretch! I've introduced several guys here in the gym to this and they've all reported good results. It will also reduce "turkey neck", so you can avoid "sailing nude" in March, Hound!
Feels GREAT too, so whadda ya got ta lose?
