        "Does it matter if the grip is overhand or underhand for this exercise?
        Also is lube necessital?

        I have been grabbing my sack while sitting using an overhand with my left, then pulling the testicles down slightly, and then summarily massaging them with my right. Am I missing something? Sorry if this seems naive of me."

        Might anyone care to answer this? ^

              grab your sack with one hand. just like you would grab your dick, but instead you're grabbing your sack, wrapping your fingers around it. However, you do not grab your testicles with your sack, you let your testicles hang out the bottom of your grasp. With your free hand, apply light pressure to your balls via your palm. now all you have to do is light circular motions, and voila! you've just massaged your balls!

              and no, it doesnt matter overhand or underhand. The idea is to isolate your balls to where you can apply pressure to them. (while at the same time stretching them away from your body!)

                  At the end of this stretch when it says pull your scrotum down and your penis up 60 times or whatever do you guys pull just your sac down or your testicles too?

                    I've been doing these massages for about a week, and have noticed them hanging lower throughout the day. I'm a swimmer though, so after I'm done with my workouts, I turtle. Same with my penis.

                      Is lube necessary for this? I mean all one is doing is grabbing their sack and pulling slightly down on it while massaging the isolated testicles. For how long should this be done as well?

                        It certainly makes the massaging easier. Typical massages incorporate oils and such, so why not when you're massaging your testes?

                            Does anyone else feel cooler testicles temperature-wise after doing this exercise? I basically just lightly tug my scrotum down while massaging my testicles. Hope this is correct. I am quite naive with this lol

                              I started using Bio Oil 4 days ago to help get rid of my discoloration (which it is working amazingly well for)

                              It may be coincidence, but for the fourth day in a row now my testicles are hanging way lower and more free than they ever have, even being in the middle of winter.. the skin of the scrotum has a smooth muscle component and its already known that shae butter relaxes the smooth muscle and improves testicle hang. Perhaps bio oil also had the same effect?

                              Anyone else out there that uses bio oil wanna try to reproduce my findings?

                                With Chia's testicle massage technique he says the balls should feel cool. After many testicle massages I only felt cool once and it might have been in my imagination????
