Knowing everything you know, seeing everything you've seen, if you could do it all over again from the beginning of training, how would you begin here, what training would you start with, and what steps would you take throughout the entire process?? Reason I ask is, cause I'm that guy. I'm just beginning here and I want to try to do everything properly, and productively... thank you everyone in advance.

Ease into JP90, start by working for 2 days and resting for 1, and build up the routine over time. Pay attention to your body's response.Well-endowed is a state of mind.

Is like to give you a serious response.
If I knew everything then that I do now, I'd do the following:
- Read the traderace journey thread
- Read a number of posts by Marlon (including his blog)
Then I would:
- Get the Phallosan Forte based on ease of use out of the box. Get used to figuring out what feels like a good seal/tension. Get used to the commitment (as opposed to claims of 15min a day in Bathmate)
- then I'd get PMP pro to get used to the greater tug of a rod extender
- then I'd incorporate a pumping routine to get used to it, but wouldn't go hardcore
- then I'd advance to LG Hanger, followed by an ADS, and would try to clock a handful of extender hours as possible
- then I'd add a good 5 days a week of pumping (air or water, whatever you like)
Manuals isn't for everyone
A good 3 or 4 months working with the PF is just as good on the conditioning front as manuals, despite the JP90 mantra that you will get as the obligatory response when you join here.Gobble Gobble

Don't bite off more than you can chew,in other word don't jump into something if you are not ready for it.
Too many people want to start doing an exercise because someone else posted upon
so they have to try it even though they just started and risk getting injured.
decisions can end up either helping or injuring you.I not here to impress one single person but maybe I can help at least one from doing something really stupid in their
journey for self improvement.Last edited by Rasputine; 08-27-2016, 02:45 PM.Imagination expands the mind

Perseverance, consistency and safety are the most important mindsets you should have when starting out.Originally posted by Pipeman View PostKnowing everything you know, seeing everything you've seen, if you could do it all over again from the beginning of training, how would you begin here, what training would you start with, and what steps would you take throughout the entire process?? Perseverance - Know that it is a long but very worthwhile journey you're embarking on. Don't rush anything or you'll just delay progress by injuring yourself. You'll thank yourself everyday for what you're doing soon after starting out so don't worry about how long it'll take to reach your desired goals. Your confidence will skyrocket and your partner and/or future partners will thankyou too in the near future.
Consistency - This is where many fail. If you go into this half-arsed from the beginning, you won't convince yourself to take it seriously. This leads to excuses why you can't exercise on certain days etc. If you are determined to achieve the best results you can get -- from the get go make a schedule and stick to it, eg. At X o'clock every week day is PE hour & weekends are rest days.
Safety - It happens to the best of us, we get carried away with our determination for success and then *boom*, we enter The Regret Zone. Now you have to wait weeks or even months to re-motivate yourself and get the momentum going again. The best way of avoiding The Regret Zone is by treating your D with respect and compassion. It'll grow up big and strong for you as long as you nurture it rather than abuse it.

P.s. Don't worry about devices for now. That's like deciding you'll start going to the gym, so you go out and buy all the most expensive Lycra gear, pro gym gloves, overpriced sneakers & gym membership before even knowing what you actually need or even if this lifestyle suits you. You don't want to waste hundreds of dollars over stuff you might never use.
First just get to a gym and learn the ropes. From there the sky is the limit.
