Because having a big penis is the least concern of any well thinking medical agency.

Or do you postulate it's more important then doing chronic disease research, or research in mental disorders.
Science != politics, having a big dick doesn't fix any of the well known diseases. Thus leading to little evidence based research on tractile methods of penis enlargement. Please think before you say stuff like that.

There are more important things in the world seriously lol.

True there are many things more important. So how do you explain the over whelming amount of commercials pushing pills and surgeries for these very things? How do you explain that the highest paid doctors are cosmetic surgeons? How do you explain the increase in fad diets and pills to burn fat. Compare all these things to education on how to avoid issues and how to avoid mental health issues and I think you will see what I am talking about.

Although I full heartedly agree, the stigma surrounding men with small penises is only going to grow with the influx of porn and the media that continues to focus on what the 'ideal body' is.
My question was not why are they not focusing millions on researching growth methods, more as to why they don't endorse a theory that clearly works.

We need to think in terms of male enhancement. If one is familiar with what's entailed with phalloplasties performed purely for cosmetic reasons there's very little of a penile health aspect there- on the contrary!

A healthier penis yields better EQ, better recovery from training, and better gains. The holistic health aspect normally required to attain maximum EQ is in itself a massive benefit.

I am speaking about the agencies. Individual doctors are trying to help. Don't get confused. When the AMA advocates high carbohydrate diets for diabetics, and the general population it should be very apparent to us all. The list goes on and on.

I remember my GP telling me straight up "it doesn't work," I told him, "I've gained 1/4 of an inch in length and half an inch in girth." He gave me the most blank look. He's a pretty straight faced guy though.

                    Personally though,
I don't want doctors to encourage PE. I think that people can be stupid about it and hurt themselves and doctors don't want to be sued for encouraging something that can hurt a person. I think if people want a bigger penis, tye can google it themselves and come across a site like us and pursue it on their own. Doctors don't need to be an accomplice. They also shouldn't be enlarging penises themselves through surgery.

Sorry BigBob, but your argument doesn't hold water, IMO. Big Pharma & Doctors work together to promote many therapies that harm patients, and ambulance-chasing attorneys are in on the scams too (just on the opposite side). It's MORE about money, not health, today. The Hippocratic oath is a sham in many instances in today's medicine, particularly wrt chemotherapy (poison), diabetes & other chronic disease treatments. Ever listen to the side-effects (disclaimers) read when new branded drugs are advertised on TV? Damn, the side effects are more risky from the drugs than the diseases they're treating! And that's a whole 'nother argument! It should be ILLEGAL to advertise Prescription drugs, PERIOD!... Just like cigarettes, IMO. If you need a prescription to buy drugs, then they shouldn't be advertised!

I guess I didn't think about the other factors you mentioned. And to add to what you've said, Vyvanse is like meth. I used to take it and my Psych wanted me to take it religiously, I was like "you're crazy" and every person I have spoke to that has taken it told me the same thing, It fks you up. Couldn't be more true.
I guess the other reason is and I may sound greedy here, but i personally don't want PE to be mainstream. If every guy knew about this stuff, then everyone would have 8 inchers and then there wouldn't really be anything "special" about it anymore.
If someone wants it bad enough, they will pursue it, the rest need to stay unaware.

When I went to my urologist to request Trimix, he gave me a short promotional talk on an implant. It wasn't a hard sell but I am not sure of his motivation. He makes a lot more on surgery than annual visits to renew prescriptions.

I gave you a "like" Bob, but it's really only about a 1/2 a "like"! PE is NOT just about size, it's MORE about MALE (penis) HEALTH. Size is just a nice "bonus" for staying with a good PE program. I joined the Gym to sincerely maximize my EQ & libido...those were my initial motivations, because I noticed those PI's beginning to wane a bit for me personally. This place offered me some answers and the benefits of sharing information with other guys who had come here before me for the same reasons. I'm not so narcissistic to believe I can satisfy every female on the planet, Bob! There's plenty to go around, fortunately! Why would I not want my brothers to benefit from having a healthy penis and satisfying sex for their lifetime too? Just makes sense to me that ALL guys should be introduced to and encouraged to practice healthy PE from adolescence, IMO. In fact, it should be part of school curriculum, IMO. Having said that, US law limits us to accept members 18 and over ONLY...but that's another matter.

Luckily even if it were mainstream I don't think Too many people are actually willing to dedicate a lot of time when most of their motives will be down to size.

For me as well, this is all a journey for EQ and libido. Girth would be a nice bonus but I care not for length. Especially not 19in of it.
