  • Absolutely no gains in 3 months of consistent jelqing

    I've been on and off jelqing for the past 2 years, but finally stuck to a very consistent routine these past 3 months. I have seen absolutely no results. During the 2 years I would stick to it for a month or two, I wouldn't see results then either.

    My routine:

    • 5 minutes of warming up, 25 minutes of stretching in all directions with helicopter spins
    • 20-25 minutes of wet jelqing
    • On 2 days, off 1 day


    The PIs I've gotten are consistent and hard erections, girthier flaccid, but nothing extraordinary. No negative side effects.

    You can imagine how bummed I am, sinking so much time into something that hasn't done anything for me. I think jelqing works for some, but isn't compatible with others. If anyone has any advice, I'd like to hear it before I throw in the towel.
    As of September 5th, 2018:
    BPEL: 6.25"

    NBPEL: 5.75"
    MEG: 4.75"

    Going for 8x6!

    Move on to more advanced techniques such as hanging and clamping.

      Did you take the time to build up to this high level of volume? If so, why would you continue on if it yielded no results? You might have been better off experimenting with different movements.

      What did you do for stamina work- and how's your EQ?

        I haven't tried hanging and clamping yet but I'm dissuaded to since I haven't gotten any results from jelqing..

        For the most part yes, I built up to this point. My dick doesn't get sore and doesn't show any negative PIs. I hadn't measured through the period (because I wanted to not discourage myself by constantly measuring) but after measuring today, it's obvious something was wrong was going on. I haven't really tried alternating it besides doing v-jelqs.

        I haven't done any stamina work (I'm actually not too sure what that is). EQ is great right now.

          You might respond better to brief, high intensity movements like heavy hanging for reps or the Jelq Free routine- with more intense variants.

            I was looking into mecoach and I think I might sign up for it for a month to see how it works. Do you think that's an adequate enough time for me to gauge the success of the program?

              You have similar stats to me. I havent gained much in longer than you, so I changed routines. Try different stretches like the Tunica Tug.
              July 2016 - - - - Oct 2016 - - - - - Mar2017 - - - Apr2017 feb2019(after mild peyronies)
              bpel 5.75 - - - - - -6.0 - - - - - - 6.125" - - - - - - 6.25 ---- 6.0" nbpel 5 5/8

              Long Term Goal. 6" nbpel and 5.25" girth.

                  I say it's time well spent actually, you found what doesn't work for you, so now you can adjust and try what might. No way around the trials really. I spent a number of years with zero gains, but when I found the right combo for me the gains began. Over an inch gain both length and girth later, I'm mighty happy I didn't give up.

                    This time isn`t lost, you have conditioned your penis for more advanced exercises.As far as I know, if you have positive PIs, but no gains, you have to increase the intensity or volume.Maybe move to 5 on 2 off, and increase the intensity.

                      Also, try different stretches. I see that you've done 25 min of stretches too. trying different stretches bundled, tunica tugs etc. See what happens

                        A month should allow you to see some difference in EQ and perhaps size, and at the very least I'll do my best to educate and prepare you for long term gains and goals

                            You are not the only one, i tried jelqing for years and did not work for me either...i now do other things.
