I´ve been involved in PE since 2004 aprox. Sadly enough I never had the commitment required in order to stay in a particular routine for more than a month so I´ve always been the "eternal begginner".
But this time I am really convinced to "hang in there" and do PE for at least 3 months, if I get any results I´ll continue.
I know that I should have started with a beginner routine but my first month was only 20 to 60 minutes of dry jelquing a day, 5 days on 2 days off.
I know that it may sound like a lot but the strokes are really slow, I mean like 10 to 15 seconds each one. Also I keep a high erection level (between 80% to 90% erect) so the actual time doing exercises is less because I spend some time stimulating myself.
Well, about one week ago I added some obends, 3 sets each one composed of 2 bends upwards, 2 downwards and 1 to each side.
It felts nice, I didn´t get any negative PI (no red dots, no shrinks, no decrease in EQ).
Yesterday I introduced some SSJ (slow squash jelqs) and they felt really nice, again, no negative PI´s (red dots, shrinks or decrease in EQ).
So I today I changed my routine like this:
25 minutes of slow light grip high erection dry jelquing
3 sets of obends (take about 15 to 20 minutes)
and some SSJ when I felt they were right, between obends sets or when I got too much erection to do a proper bend for example (about other 15 to 20 minutes)
The whole session took a little bit more than an hour. I finished it with a nice fat 100% erected dick. No fluid buildup, no red dots, no pain (maybe little discomfort). Again the total time exercising is a bit less (maybe a 20%) because I´ve to stimulate myself in order to reach the proper erection % level.
I´ve tried pretty much almost all the stuff in PE (from manual PE to clamping and water pumping) so I can say that I know my dick well. That said I´m afraid that I could be doing "too much" but it doesn´t feel bad in my penis.
My routine is 5 days on, 2 days off. In my days on I usually take 10 mg of tadalafil in order to make the level of erection easier to maintain. I know, maybe you can argue that I don´t feel any decrease in EQ due to the drugs but on my days off I get some pretty intense boners (more harder than when I´m taking tadalafil in "on "days). I stop to taking tadalafil at Thursday night so I think that I could assert that by Saturday afternoon and all the Sunday my EQ is 100% natural (and it´s about a sincere 8 to 9).
My main goal is gain between 0.88 to 1 " in girth, I´m already fine with my length.
So, it´s my dick bulletproof or I´m crazy?
