    Hi there!

    I´ve been involved in PE since 2004 aprox. Sadly enough I never had the commitment required in order to stay in a particular routine for more than a month so I´ve always been the "eternal begginner".

    But this time I am really convinced to "hang in there" and do PE for at least 3 months, if I get any results I´ll continue.

    I know that I should have started with a beginner routine but my first month was only 20 to 60 minutes of dry jelquing a day, 5 days on 2 days off.

    I know that it may sound like a lot but the strokes are really slow, I mean like 10 to 15 seconds each one. Also I keep a high erection level (between 80% to 90% erect) so the actual time doing exercises is less because I spend some time stimulating myself.

    Well, about one week ago I added some obends, 3 sets each one composed of 2 bends upwards, 2 downwards and 1 to each side.

    It felts nice, I didn´t get any negative PI (no red dots, no shrinks, no decrease in EQ).

    Yesterday I introduced some SSJ (slow squash jelqs) and they felt really nice, again, no negative PI´s (red dots, shrinks or decrease in EQ).

    So I today I changed my routine like this:

    25 minutes of slow light grip high erection dry jelquing
    3 sets of obends (take about 15 to 20 minutes)
    and some SSJ when I felt they were right, between obends sets or when I got too much erection to do a proper bend for example (about other 15 to 20 minutes)

    The whole session took a little bit more than an hour. I finished it with a nice fat 100% erected dick. No fluid buildup, no red dots, no pain (maybe little discomfort). Again the total time exercising is a bit less (maybe a 20%) because I´ve to stimulate myself in order to reach the proper erection % level.

    I´ve tried pretty much almost all the stuff in PE (from manual PE to clamping and water pumping) so I can say that I know my dick well. That said I´m afraid that I could be doing "too much" but it doesn´t feel bad in my penis.

    My routine is 5 days on, 2 days off. In my days on I usually take 10 mg of tadalafil in order to make the level of erection easier to maintain. I know, maybe you can argue that I don´t feel any decrease in EQ due to the drugs but on my days off I get some pretty intense boners (more harder than when I´m taking tadalafil in "on "days). I stop to taking tadalafil at Thursday night so I think that I could assert that by Saturday afternoon and all the Sunday my EQ is 100% natural (and it´s about a sincere 8 to 9).

    My main goal is gain between 0.88 to 1 " in girth, I´m already fine with my length.

    So, it´s my dick bulletproof or I´m crazy?

    I would suggest you stop taking the drugs and try to continue with your routine as is. Your routine looks like a lot but if you are that well conditioned you ay be ok with the volume. However, if your EQ drops when you stop excercising with the drugs then you know you were doing too much.
    If its not broken, break it....rethink it, rebuild it better. If you are not, your competition is.

      Nice idea! I´ll take the next week off and try to accomplish the same workload, let´s see what´s happens

          Yes, I really like my 5 on 2 off split routine, it "fits" in my student life perfectly and I take the weekend off both of exercises and tadalafil (and other obligations such study or go to lift weights).

          In my rest days Saturday my PI´s are pretty good (although it could be attributed to the remaining tadalafil) but in Sunday they are just GREAT, my buddy feels like "dense" I can´t explain, really hard, heavy and hot.

          If I don´t masturbate on Sunday my Monday training session gets complicated because it becomes difficult in some exercises to get the correct % of erection level (specially in the bending part). I usually have to make some more minutes jelquing in order to "fatigue" a bit my buddy and then I can bend it in that "engorged" state (plumped after jelq).

          As I´ve noted before in my "on" days I don´t get any negative PI´s. My flaccid hangs full and heavy all day long, I don´t get any red spot doing my training sessions and my dick doesn´t feel tired or sored (maybe just a little discomfort the first half an hour after my routine) even on Fridays when I have done my exercises 5 days in a row.

          Also I always finish my workout with a 100% full, hard boner and when I come back at home at night I have 0 problems to get a nice erection.

          I know that some things could be attributed to the tadalafil but it couldn´t explain the abscence of red spots, coldness, lymphatic fluid buildup, turkey neck... etc. that would appear if I were overtraining.

          So it intrigates me if my dick is bulletproof or hydrolized collagen + tadalafil + protein powders (the supplements I am taking now) are like "p.e steroids" LOL

            The 5 on 2 off is great.
            It really works the shit out of your unit. And if your routine is like mine (as far as workload goes, it is) it is hard to finish the last couple days.
            It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

              It´s true that the last couple days you feel your unit more "worked out" but I don´t know if it is for the tadalafil or for the "lack" of intensity but my dick can take it well, not as well as a Tuesday or a Wednesday but quite fine actually

              Maybe that is what you are referring to :P

                The more you mention this tadalafil the more tempted I am to get some. I know that towards the end of my week (last week for instance my penis was hurting [not literally]) from all the work I had put in on it in the recent days.
                Oh nevermind I researched what it was.

                  For me tadalafil works like a charm, I take it at night, about 1 to 2 hours before I go to the bed. I think this could explain the "accelerated recovery" from one workout to another because I get lot of intense boners at nights which seems to be quite healthy to PE according to Sparkyx at TP.

                  Today I did a 25 minutes dry jelq, 2 sets of bendings (about 15 minutes) and I don´t know, maybe 30 to 40 minutes of ending combined with SSJ (I could have done 15 to 25 fives sets of 1 to 2 minutes each).

                  I ended so horny that it takes me a lot to stop touching my dick, that at the moment was huge, hot and HARD! I had to go to get a shower in order to make the erection subside... .

                  It felt a bit sored around the shaft after the routine but now it seems to be nice here under my pants, nice flaccid hang... .

                    Yeah I hadn't realized that tadalafil was generic Cialis. I don't need to take that stuff yet and it is pretty expensive for someone who isn't working like me.
