DAY 8 QUESTION -

Tell me one of your favorite Christmas (or other winter holiday) memory.

From the deep south so no snow. When I was a kid we had Christmas in Indiana with family from up there and it was my first white Christmas. We went snow sledding, had snow ball fights, built snow igloos, made snow angels, got some huge icicles (a dog stole one of them), huge Christmas tree, walking on a frozen pond, beautifully wrapped presents with bows and ribbons, huge table with a nice Christmas meal, everyone was happy and merry, no conflict, yeah it was pretty nice. Most of the stuff mentioned has never happened since.

My favorite Christmas/holiday memory would be the night before Christmas not being able to sleep. I would try to do all I could to go to sleep so I could wake up to see what santa brought me, but I usually stayed up all night.

My favorite Christmas cookie is those peanut butter cookies with a hershey kiss on top. So basic, yet so amazing.

I would rather be one of Santa's reindeer, as I only have to work one day out of the year and I get to do it completely naked while flying.

I have in El Paso, Texas. It's has strong desert environment. One year, my family woke up on the ground was completely covered in snow. We and most our neighbors built competing snowmen with all kinds of decorations including the classic carrot noses.
