I would start off with 5 reps for 30 seconds in all directions. Start off with only a half a twist, they are very intense. Replace them with your regular stretches every workout. Bundled stretches work great for breaking both length and girth plateau. Continue jelqing at higher erection levels. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Do you mean each rep is 30 seconds? And with all directions, do you mean the stretch direction (left, right, up, down, straight) or the twisting direction (left, right). And half a twist means 180°, so the bottom of the penis head is up, right? How many jelqs at what erection level would you recommend to still hold a reasonable EQ? I also tend to lose EQ really easily if I overdo it. So should I cut back for starters and do less than you just recommended? And when and by how much would you increase for each session?Originally posted by Cavalier View PostI would start off with 5 reps for 30 seconds in all directions. 30 seconds in each stretch direction. Yes 180 degrees is what you should start with. If you do tend to lose EQ easily then start with less stretching and jelqing to see how you respond. If you maintain good PI's keep adding to it gradually and see how it goes. We can recommend where a routine to start off with, but it it really boils down to the individual and how they respond. It will takes some experimenting to find where you should be with your own routine.Originally posted by Tow View PostDo you mean each rep is 30 seconds? Thanks. I think I will start with two twists at each direction and will twist once right and once left. I really like jelqing, and my dick seems to like it too, because jelqing more relatively to my other exercises always was beneficial for EQ. Thanks for your advice though.Starting Stats (08-26-2014):

I just added back the bundled straight out stretch to my extender routine and I’m sold on them. I reached my max bpfsl quickly and extending seems much more intense.Last edited by DaddyDick; 03-07-2016, 10:32 PM.PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.
