Actually no I do not . I think that is a common misconception and that miconception is the basis of this thread .

They have been like this all throughout history. The only difference is that women used to be far more surpressed before, so it wasn't so apparent.
Nature tells them to find the most suitable person to have sex with and to care for the child(ren) later.

The best person to have sex with is the one with the best genetic build, to ensure the baby has the best chance of survival later. In western society, that is usually someone tall, muscular and good looking face.

But that might not be someone suitable to care for the child(ren) she might want to have later.

I can only go by what I've seen and experienced myself. Throughout my 54 years I've seen a handful of guys who could be classified as bums because I never saw them hold a regular job. But they were taken care of by a sugar-momma, usually much older than them, because they had big dicks.

Although I'm ashamed to admit it, I once joined one of those hookup websites. About 90% of the female accounts on there were actually guys using pictures of porn stars and trying to scam money out of other guys. But the majority of the real women on there, with verified accounts, would flat-out say in their profile not to bother contacting them unless you have at least 7 inches. And about half of them added the stipulation "unless you have a big bank account".

So there are women out there with that mindset. But I don't believe it represents the average women that you can meet in the real world.

^ definitely agree. I'd say that just because woman want things like money/status/ big dick, doesn't make them shallow, as it's just an element of attraction and an element of a relationship amidst many others.

It's easy to say guys are shallow because they only like looks in girls. Though confidence in guys plays a big part, whereas confidence in woman isn't even needed as we're the 'approached'. Guys have to work up the confidence to approach a girl, and the more beautiful or sexy the girl the more intimidating she is, and therefore the more confidence a guy needs. Guys who are rich/good looking/have a big dick tend to be more confident that guys who aren't/don't.

So it's easy to say 'this particular girl only dates this type, she's shallow' when in fact that's the only types of guys that approach her.

So I agree the general rule of thumb is girls like rich guys and guys like beautiful girls, (Millionaire and trophy wife is a match made in heaven), but there's so much more to it than that, like emotional connections, chemistry, even specific fetishes that play a part.
