"Even if you go a few months and don't make gains, you're making progress. How can I say this? As long as you're not shrinking, you're cementing your gains"

Wow I had never thought about it that way! Since I would at times get a little frustrated that I wouldn't see any gains on a certain measuring day, even though I hadn't taken into account that at least I'm at that (increased from when I started) length/girth AGAIN and no shrinkage! Great post!
    9/10/13 - 5In Girth, 5.75In NBPEL

    Goal - 7.75In BPEL, 5.5In Girth, 7In NBPEL

Super kegels are just long hold kegels, say 1 minute+.

I felt that once im satified with my progress building muscle at the gym, I could combine maintaining my body and my penis on the same days.
I think you might only need 2-3 days per week of stamina work to maintain. If you see a decrease in EQ, then you'll know you're not doing enough; that may be the best measure.

I agree. Lots of people dont realize your penis is a muscle and you need to work to keep the gains just as if you are in the gym working out.

Having read this, would I be right in assuming the following:

Edging, Kegelling etc, after a session and doing those months after I achieve my target goal would be the best way to do maintaince? As opposed to waneing off your routine?

i.e. stop jelqing altogether post-target gains and then just edge, kegel etc?

Pretty sure kegels and even edging should be done forever to keep up your penile health but you will still need to jelq and stretch while slowly doing less over time to keep the gains.

So I'd need to wane off jelqing/stretching e.g. hypothetically: 100 jelqs in month 1 (after reaching my target), then in month 2, 50 jelqs etc till its at bare minimum then stop altogether in the next month => leading to the permanent/'cemented' gains?

The longer it takes for your body to adapt the easier it is to cement those gains because while it was adapting in time it was becoming accustomed to the change. Fast gainers lose faster due to the factor because it takes time for the body to adapt regardless of how fast you gain.

Even if you make your penis permanently larger, you will still need to continue your stamina work long term, or the size of your erection could decrease (due to EQ losses). As you age over the years, if absolutely no stamina work is done it's possible you could completely lose your ability to get an erection. If nothing else, your erection quality (EQ) will slowly fade with time. At the most extreme levels of deterioration this is better known as Erectile Dysfunction (ED)--the inability to gain a full erection
Newbie question: Before I started doing PE, I read jelqing and such enlarges the penis by stretching it, but it could potentially give someone ED. So longer penis, but bad EQ.

Are PE members more prone to ED than people who don't do PE? Or was the statement quoted above refering to people who age in general?

I'm sure someone else will chime in and give a response with proof/evidence.......But I could assure that is not the case, it is a myth =)

this is the worst part of PE i mean i dont have that much time for PE and when you reach your goal you still have to do jelqs etc and maybe you pass your goal and maybe want and want and want more, so ill maybe try surgery for girth only since PE exercises are like forever
