    Do you get the same expansion while edging while holding your kegel as you do by doing r/k's during your session? I maintain a good erection but dont get the expansion...

            Question: Assuming a minimum edging time of 30mins is required to stimulate growth, why don't chronic masturbators and porn addicts have massive schlongs?

            I think prolonged edging definitely improves EQ, but i'm skeptical as to whether it can produce gains on its own

            I know Pegasus had great gains from edging alone, but are there any other examples of growth solely from edging? I can see how it is beneficial post workout, but not as a workout all on its own

            I don't see how it can result in growth since the penis isn't over-engorged as in the case of a squeeze or jelq, it is merely engorged at its natural capacity. The only thing I can see it affecting is the CS due to kegels and the subsequent engorgement, but that is it.

            Thoughts? I don't want to read 10 pages lol

              I would hazard to say that most chronic masturbators and porn addicts aren't adding kegels and reverse kegels into their activities. My own experience with edging/ballooning has shown that unlike my "normal" masturbation sessions, my penis does indeed get over engorged.

              Anyone who's done some edging and added some kegels and RKs knows what I mean here. The penis and particularly the head get freaking huge each time I kegel or RK. I add in a manual clamp (just clamping with my hand) while I Kegel and RK, and my schlong just fills up with blood and strains against the skin. I did a little measurement a few weeks back while edging/ballooning and I was half an inch thicker at mid-shaft girth.

              I've since added edging/ballooning (doing Ks and RKs the whole time) to my PE. I usually do it after my routine. I also do it on days off, but not all the time. Kinda go by my PIs to see if the fella's tired or "up" for it. hehehe

              I'm guessing if someone does this, they are over-engorging their unit, which I'm hoping helps with growth. My only worry is that I might be promoting girth growth instead of my coveted length. I don't want any more girth, although my penis looks freaking huge when I kegel while edging lol.

                      Or does it have to be 30mins at once?

                      • For me it depends on the feeling i got that day.If i feel i can go 40 minutes i do it or even more.But if i can't go over 20-30 minutes i do it twice in one day.

                          I think Pegasus started this thread with some of those questions in mind. From what I've read, he wants the specifics from edging sessions, so we can see what's helping penis growth during edging.

                          I can't say edging alone will enlarge my unit, but all indications (see my previous post) give me the impression it can. Coupled with the JP90, I'm convinced edging (at the end of my PE routine) does give enlargement benefits.

                          I think 30 minutes is the minimum (maybe 20), that one edging session should last for there to be any benefits, whether we're talking growth, stamina or mmo. Under 20 mins, and it's just a masturbation session that ran a little long Of course I have no supportive evidence to prove my point, it's all pretty much opinion.

                          I do know that the longer I edge/balloon, the bigger I can make my unit. So, after 20 mins or so it looks big as I kegel and RK erect. After an hour it looks positively huge, compared to my normal erection. Of course, I'm clamping with my hand a lot of the time, to see these results, as I edge/balloon.

                          • Ok, I'll offer my two cents. I have tried many routines. The JP90 was too intense for me. Others didn't seem to work so well. There was a time when I overworked and thought I had injured my penis. That being said, I persisted and did so with a simple routine of 10 min jelqing and 40 min of edging (I try not to ejaculate at the end).

                            I have many thoughts about this routine. First, I think it is working. I think that PE is as much about getting to know your body as it is about "improving" it. I think the same is true about traditional weight lifting. For me, this routine leaves me incredibly horny, and with a warm and plump penis. There was a time before when I tried to increase my edging time and it really messed up my penis. I do the edging after the jelqing because I think it is like pumping. Essentially you are prolonging time with an erection. Pumping may be more intense but I think the way I edge comes pretty close to that.

                            When I edge, I start off slow. Really I don't start edging until about 10 minutes into the session. I try to build myself up to PONR and then I can use basically no movement at all and stay right at the edge of PONR. I will continue this way until either the feelings get so intense I have to kegal to prevent myself from ejaculating or until the feeling subsides. Then I will build myself up again. Once I reach that state again (right on the edge of PONR) I will either go back to light masturbation to maintain that sensation, or balloon.

                            I do not know if I balloon correctly but I will try to describe how I do it. I start off by building myself up to almost PONR and then I do a modified reverse kegal. Basically it feels like I am trying to push my stomach out while simultaneously contracting my abs. When I do this the veins in my penis become super engorged, the glans become hard, and my shaft gets thicker. I can hold this for longer than I can hold a kegal. Sometimes it helps to lube up my hand and slide it just along the bottom of the glans. You can really feel how hard they are when you do this.

                            I cannot edge for more than about 40 minutes without my penis becoming sore and fatigued. I am going to continue this routine for about 3 weeks, and then increase my jelqing time VERY gradually. I PE Monday/Wednesday/Friday and on the weekends I edge for longer sessions.

                            • The only thing that i am worried about is how many times should i edge.I think that 2 days on,1 off would be best.But i can edge every day with no problem but i know that penis needs some time without anything.I always ejaculate after edging and maybe 7 times a week would be too much?What do you guys think?I am on the phone so i can't see previous pages because it keeps loading

                              • I ejaculated daily but then I was young. I did do a lot of kegels/rk as I was into mmo. Remember the downside of edging as a pe exercise, rapid adaption to a given time of edging.
