I added a third finger today to my squeezing hand and the difference was amazing. In order to explain what I mean let me quickly go over the exercise. Unlike the usual V jelq, the UV jelqing fingers are reversed. Instead of a V which comes up from underneath, you do a reverse V and come down from the top (looking down at your shaft). Here is where the most important difference comes into play when comparing the usual V jelq and the UV jelq: instead of simply jelqing with those two fingers only, you take your other hand and grip the fingers that you placed on your shaft and squeeze them with your other hand. While squeezing your jelqing fingers and holding that squeeze, you jelq up your shaft while continuing to apply pressure to your jelqing fingers with your other hand. In other words, you are using both hands to jelq with.
What I meant in the beginning about using three fingers is that I have always only used my middle and pointing finger on one side of my shaft and my thumb on the other side to squeeze my jelqing fingers. Today I added my ring finger as well. The pressure I was able to generate was substantially greater with the added finger. I also like to hold my squeeze periodically after reaching my glans instead of releasing it in order to get in some real solid stretches as well. Adding the third finger allowed me to also stretch with more force then with just the normal grip. After my workout today I waited until I was completely relaxed and flaccid. My workout produced a temporary gain of 3/4" to my normal flaccid mid girth which is 5 1/2". I absolutely defy anyone to say they can get those kinds of temporary gains by doing a regular set of V jelqs. My glans was so swollen afterwards that not only could I not pinch my urethra open, I couldn't pull it open.
