    When you say to Kegel right before you get your fingers at the base grip are you supposed to hold that kegel through the Jelq? Or would that be a bad idea?

      Hold it right through the jelq. It will help draw additional blood from behind the jelq as you move up your shaft. As you hold your grip at your glans you can then kegel again.

        I have a question about pain at the base of the penis performing these. It at the top at the base like if I push my fingers into the pubic bone and then grip to do the jelq right about where the webbing for the two fingers are I have a sort of pain. Is this normal? If I dont squeeze so hard or wait till I get out about a half inch its ok and can squeeze a little harder. I really like these so I dont want to give them up just yet

          I have not experienced what you are. When you do regular V's (I realize your finger position is reversed), has this happened? How about when you do regular wet jelqs? Might you be pushing too hard into your pubic bone? If you can make your initial grip 1/2" (as opposed to jelqing out 1/2"), does that alleviate the pain? Pain is not good in any case.

            For guys who have problems with skin pulling up their shaft as they do any form of jelqing and are relegated using one hand to hold the skin back, perhaps try not warming up first. I know most people preach warm ups help prevent injuries, but done properly you have a very unlikely chance of injuring yourself - period. Warming up makes your shaft's skin much more pliable, thus much more stretchy. By not warming up your skin will stay more taut. In addition, by using plenty of lube, moisture, and jelqing downward toward the floor, these steps will eliminate a great deal of that skin pulling.

              This whole time I've been squeezing my fingers together damn near at the knuckles, I just recently tried squeezing at the finger tips ( which I should have been from the start ) and found out its way more effective and feels better. Moral of story, make sure you are doing it right :/

                Here is a test to compare UV's to regular V's. You need to do this obviously on different days. Do X number of regular V's, and when you are done measure the length and girth of your unit right afterwards (don't get an erection, just let it hang there and measure). Next workout do the same number of UV's, and when finished measure again. You will find that both measurements are longer or larger after having done the UV's. I would bet BigO's house on it.

                  hey guys, do you think its ok for a newbie like myself to incoirporate the v-jelqs into JP90 routine? I would like to try some basic girth exercises whilst doing the JP90. Cheers.

                    Regular V's are part of the JP90 program. If you are referring to UV's, the answer is still yes. Newbies would need to cut back on the number of reps and use less pressure when squeezing their fingers together. After you are comfortable with them, you can adjust reps and pressure as you see fit.

                      How do you measure girth of a penis.
                      I'm not looking to increase the length of my penis, more interested in exercises to increase the head.

                                The number and frequency of my exercises changes as time goes by, right now this is my routine: I use a very intense grip and pressure, along with slower jelqing speeds. Since these do a number on my unit, and because I don't want to overdo it, I do UV's one day (right now I am at 250 slow jelqs) and the next day I do the same number of UJ's. I usually do four days straight then rest one or two. The reps I do consistently, I sometimes do more days in a row or take only one day off depending on how I feel. UV's take a little more than 40 minutes, UJ's take a little more than 30 minutes. The only other thing I do is heated bundled LAS's.
