  • extra stretch sessions?

    Can i do some extra stretching sessions on exercises days?let's say 8 or 9 hours after jelqing?
    November 2010: (BPEL 5.90 inch - girth 4.72 inch)
    Today: (BPEL 6.8 - girth 5.4 inch).

    Sure - just watch your PI's and make sure you don't overtrain.

        I ve been experimenting these last days with multiple daily stretches... everytime I go to take a piss I do like 20-30 JAI stretch and I measure my BPFSL several time a day (say 10-15) applying the max stretching force without warming up... I noticed an increase in my BPFSL in these days and I m sure it is because of this new approach to PE. I have to say I'm into PE since 8 months and tried everything manual, only not tried devices but with hands I did every kind of exercise with and without warm up,etc... any thoughts on this approach? someone experienced good gains?
