    hey...before u say anything i know this should be in the PE (premature) forum but i wanted to capture successful and most members....

    Been reading about kegels and started and saw that it claims to help control ejaculation and stamina...howweever will kegels really reduce the sensitivity or increase the length of time before acheiving orgasm? Im a bit confused about this.
    Been doing kegels and did my gf the other day and i still felt it coming pretty fast (3-4 minutes) and i have decent pc muscles...wats ur opinion?

      i dont believe kegels reduce sensitivity. doing kegels just strengthens the muscles so that you can have better control when you release, kind of like you just know your body better.
      but im not sure cause i dont do them for the reason of lasting longer...i do them because they help with size gains (atleast they have for me) but im curious to hear what people have to say

        Kegels and reverse kegels as a proper routine and used in conjunction with edging can certainly help you last longer. They do not however desensitise your member, they simply strengthen your pc/bc muscles alowing you to gain control. To achive this you need to know when to use them though (hence using them whilst edging) theres no point having strong muscles if you dont know when to use them. When you have built them up and you know when to use them it can lead to having dry orgasms and multiple male orgasms and you can last as long as you want.

          Do not forget reverse kegels . Standard kegel build strength but can lead to excess tension in the pelvic floor, if no reverse kegels are performed.

            ok so then even if i have strong pc muscles my stamina remains the same so when i still orgasm in 4 minutes itll just be a DO...but i preferably dont want to DO and just come in 20 minutes lets say ...

                So why exactly do reverse kegels? Kind of confused about that, haven't looked into it yet. I do Kegels every time I exercise it which is 2 days on and 1 day off.

                      all i know is i was doing regualar kegels and would immediately always feel the urge to cum so a few days ago i started doing some reverse kegels and today i was fucking my gf's tits n mouth and even after 20 mins did not feel the urge to cum cant wait to fuck her pussy good hard and long

                        @alpha kegels clench the pc muscles, reverse kegels stretch them, not only does this help to keep the muscles supple and help avoid injury but reverse kegels can also help you last longer.

                        @jazon why someone wouldnt want to DO is beyond me, believe me it is truely awsum! Lol! However if you dont want this then edging is the way to go with lots and lots of practice, as I said to alpha, reverse kegels can help you to last longer when used correctly, I find a series of short r/kegels throughout a session helps to prolong it.

                        As for dry orgasms and not wanting them..... Well if you can honestly say that you dont want to be able to go at it, have an orgasm, remain hard or get even harder and then be able to carry on longer, harder and faster than before and be able to do this for as long as you want every time you have sex so you can make her orgasm as much as possible..... Well then I geuss im kinda missing the whole point of sex! Lol

                            I wouldnt say that kegels reduce your sensitivity, but they do make you more in touch with your body. The more you and you mind and body are all the same (many cultures would argue they are all the same), the more apt you are to be able to control them the way you want to.

                              Yeah it basically gives you the ability to "shutdown" ejaculation and then keep having sex. Having this ability is amazing and combined with other stamina techniques will let you easily go 20-30 minutes or more.
