Ultimate Jelqs (UJ) and Ultimate V's (UV)

    Ribi99, when doing the V's I have only been able to use my pointer and middle finger when doing them, could never get used to using between middle and ring finger. Am I ok doing it my way compared to the "right way", I've never felt like I had a good grip using the correct way.

    I think I still get some good blood flow, when I read your OP and your talking about color of skin behind your jelq mine is fairly white also while doing them.

      If you are doing UV's, it doesn't matter what fingers you use since the squeezing is being done by your other hand. When I did regular V's, I only used my middle and pointing finger to squeeze. Just making a V with your pointing and middle finger feels better than using the ring and middle fingers.
      The whiter the skin behind your jelq means that less blood is escaping from your grip - a definite good sign.

        Since UJ's work for me I haven't tried doing it the way you describe except to see how it would work out. The key to building up your CS is to put direct pressure on it for the length of the jelq. If you can do that, you will get results, regardless of what technique you use.

          Tried a sideways UV for 5mins this morning and it worked out well, my penis twisted occasionally but not very often. I think that it will be good for the CS as the knuckle of my "bottom" finger is placed squarely on the CS for the entire jelq stroke my only concern is that the knuckle of my "top" finger is placed upon the vein that runs along the top of the penis, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort but could this be dangerous? the vein is basically the same size as the dorsal vein so it is probably important

            Proceed with great care. Use less force for right now, fewer reps, etc. If anything whatsoever feels incorrect or the least bit uncomfortable, stop. I am not sure why UJ's didn't work for you, but they have worked phenomenally well for me regarding my CS development.

                If you feel UJ's kick ass, UV's, compared to regular V's is much greater. Remember, your other hand is squeezing your fingers together, so you can apply as much or as little pressure as you want, for as long as you want. I switch hands after every 10 because I squeeze with a lot of force and my fingers that are being squeezed get a little sore. Sore, not tired, and that is key.

                  Maybe i don't do the UV right but i just cannot get the pressure i want out of it no matter how hard i clamp my fingers my dick will either "roll" or i just cant get that real power like the UJ offers.

                    Keep working on your technique. Just got a pm from another guy who had similar issues. He laughs now because it was so easy to correct, but he struggled with it initially. Go down from the top, get your finger web deep into the grip, squeeze the fingers together, jelq. Be sure to use plenty of lube.

                      I have been doing Uv's for a while, and there's something which makes me think they may not work as well for me, when I do V jelqs or wet jelqs, the skin below my grip is white and the one above gets blatantly darker, when I do UV's, it does get really white beneath the grip, but above it quickly becomes average color, not like if it was blood filled (at least less than with regular V jelqs), I don't really know what's happening, is the blood vanishing under my hand or what? Also I always feel more plump after doing V jelqs, despite the fact that with UV's I get great girth expansion..
                      Well anyway I will keep them in my routine, maybe they just need a bit more time to show their effects..

                        You are doing something wrong. There is no possible way that using only the strength of your two fingers to squeeze themselves together will they be able to create greater pressure or allow less blood loss than two fingers being squeezed by the other hand. Assuming your unit is fully conditioned, use plenty of lube and squeeze those bad boys more firmly. Not everyone is into using a lot of force when jelqing, but when I do these I am squeezing the hell out of the jelqing fingers.

                          Yep I know, I still see great expansion, more than with v jelqs, but afterwards I feel like I get better results with V jelqs, and I have already done UV's with my pressure limit, which means at the end of an UV, when I get close to the head there is so much blood that it is unpleasant (obviously afterwards I eased on the grip), so I feel I'm doing my maximum for pressure. If I edge after a session of these I don't see temporary expansion as you do, and yes when I do it it's really white under the grip, but somehow after a few reps my whole penis looks generally not enough dark for my taste. I don't want to injure myself but I'll try to work on the pressure I apply and will give you a feedback. Maybe my problem is that I'm overdoing it.. But I should still notice temporary expansion. Additionnally, I have the feeling that UV's tend to be useless with 60% of EL or less, and become more and more efficient above, what do you recommend for EL , to increase girth most and avoid injuries?

                            There is the possibility that by the time you get to your UV's (following your UJ set), your unit is getting overly tired. Since hitting your CC's has a greater impact on overall girth than your CS, I suggest you start off with UV's, followed by UJ's. I am basically using UJ's to increase the size of my CS, so it can still be hit hard even if your erection drops below 50%. On the other hand, UV's done much below 50% are less effective. Remember to ride your finger tips along your CS when doing UJ's. I do 100 UV's followed by 125 UJ's. Add or subtract as is practicable for yourself.
