Hello I have 2 questions what is your cs and also when your jelqing with an ok sign are your index fingers supposed to be on the bottom of your shaft or the top because if I added middle finger to my jelq I would have to release it secon which would mean I may have been jelqing wrong this whole time I've been peing

My finger tips ride my CS. As my middle finger reaches the glans I lift it up and finish the jelq with my index finger.

rbi, i have some questions for you about the UJ's and UV's, and i would be very grateful if you had some time to answer them for me. i'm extremely intrigued by these exercises, and i have actually started doing them within the past week. i didnt make a pegym account until today, so i was just going by what you had previously posted and what i could read. first question: do you count a full rep as one stroke with both hands (like jonpop does in his jp90) or do u count 1 full rep as just one stroke with each hand? if u get what im asking... i think i may have a bad habit with overworking my unit, especially with jelqing.. i often end up with fluid buildup under my glans (donut effect). i noticed you said that you use a very firm grip while doing these exercises. I find that the firmer grip i use, the more donut effect i see after each jelq set. i don't have an issue with going to hard on the UV's though, man can i feel them work. with every rep i do i see veins in the top of my unit throbbing and getting fuller than ever before. my glans gets solid too, and i have found that it is useful for me to use my hand that is pinching my 2 fingers together as a support for the bottom of my unit during each jelq. basically, there's the obvious pressure being applied from the 2 sides (my fingers) and then pressure from the top (the webbing between my fingers) and then theres added pressure from the botton (the part of my hand between my thumb and index finger on my hand i'm using to pinch the other hand's fingers together). I press this area up against the bottom of my shaft as hard as i can while doing the UV, and i find it very effective. it also eliminates the problem that many people have with their unit twisting during UVs. How many UV's is too much? when i see my veins throbbing and feel my unit swelling and looking visibly bigger, i just want to keep going. with the UJ's, a lot of time i don't feel like its as effective as the UV. I get the beforementioned donut effect afterwards, and i have trouble trapping the blood in my shaft and out of the glans while i wrap my other hand's fingers around the base of my unit to start another stroke. every time i do a UJ, my glans is ROCK SOLID. i know this is probably a good thing, but i dont want just my glans to grow, i want my while unit to grow and expand as much as i can. I was thinking about just doing UV's from now on since i feel them to be the most effective, but i have read elsewhere that jelqs are necessary too. I really am striving for girth over everything.. I'm at 5.25 inches and i so badly want to be in the 6-6.25 range. I wouldn't mind some extra length too, but if i had to focus on one goal it would be girth. alot of times during my UJ's i'll go to apply my overhead ok grip to the base of my unit, and ill squeeze and i wont feel my unit expand further, because it feels hard and totally full of blood already... i dont know if this is normal or if this even makes sense to read (it makes sense in my head obviously).. but anyways enough out of me. thanks for taking the time to read this if you have, and any input you give me will be greatly appreciated.

About your glans - the only way for your glans to get rock hard is by it being full of blood - and the only way it can be full of blood is by way of your shaft - thus your shaft is also getting a full workout. Your glans will not get ahead of your shaft. One jelq or two jelq per stroke count - doesn't matter at all how you count. The only thing that matters is that you are doing things correctly and not doing too many. Your unit will dictate that. I get the same trapping of blood under my glans when doing UV's, and it subsides rather quickly. Actually I have just started recently to use less moister when I am doing these jelqs. I am circumcised, and I am glad I am, however, I want to build up some extra skin at the base of my glans. When my wife is stroking me I want my skin to cover my glans as she strokes toward my glans. Use more moisture and lube if you want to minimize skin pull, and jelq in a downward direction. I suggest that you do your UV's first because they work your unit more, followed by UJ's. As I have mentioned my main goal with UJ's is to develop my CS, and you can accomplish that even if your unit is a little fatigued. UV's are less effective when done with your unit tired. Error on the side of doing too few, not too many. Give yourself at lease one day between sessions.

the only reason i asked the question about the reps is because i was going to go by what you said at the beginning of this thread.. 100 UVs and 100 UJs.. so i wanted to know how you count those so I would know, too. if you could clear that up for me thatd be great if u didnt mind.. also what are some signs that your unit has gotten a full workout and you should not keep going? thanks

Each jelq I do I count as one (left/right = 2). Don't go by my numbers, I strongly suggest you go by how your unit feels. I now do 100 UV's and 125 UJ's, but that may be too many or too few for you. Try perhaps 50 UV's, 75 UJ's. See how you feel after that the next day, then adjust accordingly.

Lack of any discomfort is factor number one - always. The increased thickness of my shaft after my sessions is also very telling. My unit is extremely plump when finished and can stay that way for a few hours. The sticky I put up in the beginners section regarding how to ease jelqing problems includes a list of ways to tell whether or not you have had a good session or whether or not your jelqing technique needs work. That criteria also applys to UJ's and UV's.

That's up to you. I don't stretch any longer, and haven't for quite some time. Not because of these, but because I didn't care for it or the results I was getting.

If anyone is trying jelqing than he should use a video guide or at least use pictures as guidance for it because holding your penis in a wrong position while performing jelqing can be very harmful. It could de shape the penis and make it look like a base ball bat.

I have been trying lately to add some extra skin around the base of my glans, so what I started doing was re-moistening my finger tips less often. This causes more friction naturally, and with that more tugging on my shaft skin as I jelq. My plan is working and the developing skin is becoming a reality (I am not trying to perform foreskin replacement, only want a little bundled skin at the base of my glans as I stated earlier). However, while doing this I found an additional benefit that I wasn't even thinking about. As my shaft becomes less slick and the amount of skin I am pulling up toward my glans as I jelq increases, I am able to incorporate a stretching routine while jelqing now. The skin that bundles up by my glans acts as a barrier, and I am able to hold my jelq when it reaches my glans because the skin prevents me from jelqing onto or over it. This is especially true when I am doing UV's. With the skin bundled up and acting as a barrier, I hold what now becomes a stretch for perhaps four or five seconds. I am generating an awful lot of force when I do my UV's, so the force of the stretch is pretty intense. This would be an impossibility if I were doing regular V's, since I could not generate the same pulling tension.

v-jelqs are really easy once you get used to the, you see, at the beginning it seems uncomfortable, but, keep on it, and it will get easier... i also find the stretching is important for the gains i usually either warm up in the shower, and do the stretching there, or use a hot towel for 10 mnts, then stretch for 10 mnts
