Hi all, I'm new to PE. so far I only did 3 jelq sessions (with 2-3 days rest in between) and i'm seeing a huge drop in EQ. but the thing is, I thought i was doing everything right (warm up, slow motion, grip not too hard, 50-70% hardness, only 60-80 reps etc.). now my unit doesn't feel the same... it's still the same size, but it doesn't get as hard, and it doesn't stay hard for as long. also, i noticed that i can't "feel" my unit as much, as if i lost sensitivity. sometimes it fills with blood and gets bigger, but does not get stiff.
it's been 2 weeks since i stopped jelqing now and it still isn't back to normal. i'm very worried about this, especially because i do not even know what happened. did i injury myself? (i really doubt i injured myself because i never felt any pain at all) will i ever recover? i'm freaking out!
