    Hi all, I'm new to PE. so far I only did 3 jelq sessions (with 2-3 days rest in between) and i'm seeing a huge drop in EQ. but the thing is, I thought i was doing everything right (warm up, slow motion, grip not too hard, 50-70% hardness, only 60-80 reps etc.). now my unit doesn't feel the same... it's still the same size, but it doesn't get as hard, and it doesn't stay hard for as long. also, i noticed that i can't "feel" my unit as much, as if i lost sensitivity. sometimes it fills with blood and gets bigger, but does not get stiff.

    it's been 2 weeks since i stopped jelqing now and it still isn't back to normal. i'm very worried about this, especially because i do not even know what happened. did i injury myself? (i really doubt i injured myself because i never felt any pain at all) will i ever recover? i'm freaking out!

    First off, how much lubrication are you using while PE'ing? Second, how tight is your ok grip during the jelging? You need to stop PE all together until your penis is healed. You might have caused an injury either to the DDV dorsal vein (please when jelging leave some slack on the top for the ok grip so that you do not apply pressure on it) or to the nerve endings on the membrane tissue.

      Adequate amount of vaseline. i use enough the first time so that i don't have to re-apply.

      I think my grip was pretty firm, but might have been a little too much. (it never hurt though, so i guess it's possible to cause injury without pain?)

      I was not aware of the DDV dorsal vein problem, but i will keep that in mind next time. and yes, i will refrain from PE for until i heal.

      quick question though: are my symptoms common, and will i ever recover? this is my greatest concern, as i am very worried the injuries are permanent (haven't gotten much better in the past week or two)

        leave some slack? huh? how?
        Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
        Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
        I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

          Penis exercises are dangerous, and the stretching of the penis, especially when it is flaccid puts the dorsal nerve bundles at risk because these bundles get stretched, right back to the spinal cord entrance.

          In can cause random breakage of the nerve strands at random spots inside the bundle, and because of that, there is no way for repair.

          You may last longer, because you will never be able to feel enough of the right sensation to ever reach orgasm....Not my idea of a good time!!!??

          An exercise routine of this type is always sent with the scam penis enlargement pills!! Just use the brain for a second!!

          If you do, don't you realize that a company like Pfizer..(as Viagra company) would buy this up, make it prescriptional and make a fortune off from it?

          The idea of the exercises is to stretch the ligament at the base of the penis and cause more of the internal penis to come foreword. If you manage to do that, you are really in danger of damaging the dorsal nerve bundles, and have probably already started damage...Stop now and spare what you still have.

          They want to sell you a prodcut and don't give a rip about yur Dick and yur pleasure being damaged....You can't sue, because yur the one that did the pulling that caused the damage. No doubt they laugh about it, or get some kind of a sick turn-on over the idea of you out there damaging yurself and not knowing it.

              While you can injure yourself while walking to your car, so too you can injure yourself while doing PE. I think your main problem is that your erection level was too high, and your jelqing pressure was greater than you thought. I am not a doctor so I can't say that you have or have not injured your unit, but it does appear that it is more sensitive than most of ours in regards to being susceptible to injury. Don't masturbate or do any PE (including stretching), and give it a few more days. As for Malcolm, he is an idiot. You will never be told to buy some kind of magic pill here, and anyone who would try to get someone to buy such a thing here would be banned immediately. Within this forum I have never heard of anyone managing to pull some of his inner penis out who injured himself because of it. Injuries such as yours can occur if proper technique, amount of exercise and intensity are more than your unit can handle. Your injury is almost certainly caused by your erection level and grip pressure.

                  do you think my injury is permanent? if not, how long do you think it'll recover? (once again, symptoms are as listed: weaker erections, erections that don't last as long, loss of sensitivity... interestingly, there was no pain associated with my injury and no decrease in size)

                      Avain, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, man. Did anything else change over the past two weeks that you may be overlooking? I mean, did you change anything else about your lifestyle totally unrelated to PE, that may be having an effect?

                        Avian stop with the stress. You have may overworked your dick and couple with stressing out you have put everything inot a funk. Your dick is a lot tougher than you think it is. I'm sure you have screwed a girl with more force than you did when you jelqed and that didn't harm you did it? LEAVE IT ALONE, STOP STRESSING OUT, AND YOU'LL BE FINE. TRUST ME!

                            As long as it takes for you to stop being nervous about it and thinking about it all the time. Think about it. Your penis has never had "exercise" before. Imagina a five year old running a mile. Hes going to be weak and tired and sore and he wont realize why. Your penis is going through that now. On top of this you are freaking out about it. Imagine you are having sex and someone jumps out of the closet and scares the shit out of you. Will your member remain erect? Im guessing no. This fatigue coupled with fear is not a good combination for good erections. Relax your penis and relax your mind. You will be fine.

                              Extremely solid advice.....

                              avian, you probably just didn't allow a gap at the top of your penis while performing the jelq. When I'm jelqing, I keep my thumb joint in line with the top side of my penis...this allows me to control the gap for my vein/nerve.
