I agree with Padawan, but it also has to do with how thick your
flaccid penis is, and the size of your balls too. My balls are decently large,
but my flaccid penis is as thick, sometimes thicker, than my erect penis--
usually 5" minimum--often 6" or more. I would say a 4" by 5" or more flaccid
penis should give you a nice bulge.

Guys, I'm usually 5+ inches when soft and when I get a semi I hang at around 7 inches long along the hang, and I wear basketball shorts so my bulge should be very obvious, and when I talk to girls I get a semi... but I haven't noticed a girl gazing.
