  • most effective schedule?

sorry guys you probably have heard this question a lot but i cant seem to find out what to do
ive heard that 5 on 2 off isnt very effective because your not getting enough rest and that doing it every other day is the most effective
    any input? thanks

beginner = 1 on 2 off, intermediate = 1on 1off, advanced 2on 1 off.. theres so many different routines to that use all sorts of these. Some beginner routines use 2 on 1 off like JP90 and some advanced routines use 1 on 2 off. usually the best way to see gains is 1 on 2 off. 2on 1 off is for conditioning usually

You can not go by someone else's routine my friend.

You have to learn how your own body works best for each exercises.

Using someone else's routine is a good starting point, but you have to do test on yourself and see how your body responds best, that is the only way to maximize your gains.

You have to be the lab rat, you have to write down your findings to remember what you did and for how long and what gave you the best out come.

I found that my body works best for every other day on some exercises and some others I can do everyday, it just depends on what your body can take before it gets sore.

If you get sore, take off for as long as you need to let it fully heal, then you can continue with you PEing again.

You body is a very smart adaptive device, it will tell you when enough is enough.

Listen to your body my friend.

Depends on the person and their recovery rate, you have to find out yourself

But for a beginner 2 on 1 off is a good starting point

ill try these out and see how my body responds
im guessing that if my dong is hanging better i should keep doing what im doing? and if its turtling it needs rest and i overtrained?

Warm up and warm down, it makes the tissues more pliable and it prevents injury

I think 1 on 1 off is good for a beginner. Lesser risk to ovetrain like most noobs.

                      Depends what each session entails.

Challenging girth work requires more rest between sessions.

Light to medium (depending on your conditioning level) stretching and jelqing can be done more frequently.

yeah i am taking it pretty lightly definitely do not want an injury lol but i am hoping to see some better EQ at least in the next month which seems like it could happen.
would it be wise to jelq at a lower % for length and a little bit higher, but not too high % for girth? and being careful of course!!

I suppose you could try to target it like that, but you'll find that it's pretty tough to keep your EQ that consistent. If you can keep your penis in that floppy flaccid range, where it's plump, but not hard, you're doing well.

Hmm.... I am a noob here, but I can't imagine 1 day on 2 days off is going to be worth a great deal. Especially if your beginning routine is only supposed to be 10 minutes long. I started off doing a 10 minute jelqing session but doing it every day for 5 days. I then had 2 days off. This week I'm upping the session to 15 minutes. and again will go for 5 days and take the weekend off. I'm not in the position to say this is for certain right or wrong being only 9 day into this, but having read up on PIs I think it's going pretty well so far.

                            Just a noobs input.

If you can handle 5 days on and 2 days off while still having great EQ and PI's then by all means do it, but if you feel any negative effects then it pretty much means you're doing too many days in a row or doing too much in one day and you'll have to find that out.

A beginning routine for conditioning should be 45 minutes to 1 hour long including the needed warm up and warm down.
