  • New exercise??? Really works girth!

    Right i do a uli.... (thats where u grip at base and lower than the head) Then i do a slow jelq up (about 5 seconds) with both hands. Really smashes the girth exercise and i'm really popping right now. When my top hand inevitably runs out of room to move i release the hand and then with my fingers put pressure on the head to maintain pressure throughout penis while completing the jelq with the second hand.

    I call it, The ULI Jelq!

    Is it new exercise? Whether it is or it isn't its excellent!

            So you clamp/jelq up, simultaneously with one hand on base and one hand under head? Is that what I'm reading?

                This excercise reminds me some kind of excercise I have seen before. As far as I'm concerned the only difference is that clamping hand is also moving. Time to try it out.

                  Nope, not new at all. It is just a form of advanced jelquing or even clamping (form of uli).

                    Sounds like the advanced version of "the squeeze". You can also use the top hand to reverse jelq at the same time. So both hands are coming together

                      Its basically a two hand slow moving/jelqing clamp....

                      Except when you have to remove the top hand the bottom hand squeezes harder and the top hand squeezes the head to maintain pressure so the whole penis is exercised.
