Right i do a uli.... (thats where u grip at base and lower than the head) Then i do a slow jelq up (about 5 seconds) with both hands. Really smashes the girth exercise and i'm really popping right now. When my top hand inevitably runs out of room to move i release the hand and then with my fingers put pressure on the head to maintain pressure throughout penis while completing the jelq with the second hand.
