Guys, what are the best workouts to do if you don't have enough privacy to warm a rice-sock or have access to a bathtub for warming up. I have an empty bedroom and that's all. Any suggestions? I really want to get back into PE but I don't know what's safe to do and what isn't.

You can do what I do. I don't have a rice sock or a heating lamp, so I used to dunk my jr. in a glass of warm-hot water, refill every 3-4 minutes and warm up for a total of 10. If your family asks, you're just getting a glass of water to drink. I moved to a metal thermos as it retains the heat where I only need to fill it once.BPEL---EG-----Date

take a reasonably hot pot of water in your bedroom, dip a sock in it & let your dong inside. repeat frequently to keep the heat at a good levelShort term: Adding 1 inch. Long term: Adding another 1.5 inch... and then some

I use a BM as a warm up, but I did PE for almost 2 years with a warm up and gain 1.5" about. So its a preference thing really, nobody has proved or disproved a warm up helps in gainingStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
Goal: 8" x 6"
