Simple question but I have no idea what's best. Lots of erect bends (in the hundreds) with 2 second holds, or 10 bends with 60 second holds.

You don't need to do so many because your erection level is about 80-90% percent on the bend. Just hold it for about 20 seconds with about 10 reps and maybe 3 sets.Begin 7/25/2011:
NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6
Current 12/05/2014:
FL 5.25, FG 5.2
NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7
Long:
UEG:MEG 6.5

I'd be interested to hear from anyone that has seen substantial gains due (at least in part) to erect bends. I have to admit, the idea of them scares me! LOLMarch '13 - BPEL 6.0' EG 4.5' (length is an approximation)
April '13 - BPEL 6.75' EG 4.6'
Short term goal - BPEL 7' EG 5.0'
Long term goal - who knows?

I sometimes like the feel of them, usually I hold for about 5 seconds or so. I think of it as a stretch for the tunica.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
CI:1.5 -2.5
Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume

The purpose for me isn't to get any sort of gains, I just want a straighter penis.BPEL---EG-----Date

The whole purpose of bends is strictly for targeting the tunica at the point in the bend. A good example would be if you are working against a curve stretching the tunica cause micro tear to add more fiber. That's all. It does not take the place of jelging in no means. The same applies to bundling where you are primarily targeting the tunica which is beneficial if you have a thicker (multi-layered) tunic fiber. Each exercise has a purpose but does not apply to all.Begin 7/25/2011:
