If your body uses all that blood to digest. Then when you get aroused and your body is focused on getting your manhood hard it uses more blood there and takes from other places because that is the main objective at that moment, just like digestion. Have you ever noticed that some people cramp during sex as well ?
I assume the cramping comes from odd positions. But like I said, I don't think any penis of a remotely reasonable size would cause any circulation issues.
