I stopped hanging and started using an extended. Now at one point I kinda quickly surpassed a number of rods. My flaccid improved n I turtled less. However when I added another rod, my or is started feeling deader n it seems like my max length of 8.5 kinda whittled to 8.2ish. What are your thoughts on extenders. I want to get to 9 inches. It's like my holy grail n the only length that Will make me feel good, cuz at least my semi hard length will be around 8.5.
Any length techniques or exercises you can give me that will get me .5- 1inch bigger? Thoughts on extenders and should I go back to hanging? Thanks bro

Extenders can be useful for gaining length- especially if you've had a lack of success of difficulty with manual work. The routine outlined here would be my suggestion.

You can start by performing the majority of your manual training exclusively with the hand opposite the curve - assuming your curve is lateral. If you need a more vigorous solution then check out the Erect Bend.

How many hours do you recommend to stretch for length each day?
That depends on what method of stretching you're using. Manual stretches are measured in reps- which usually only last a few seconds each. [Comparatively] Low tension devices like extenders can require several hours of daily work.

My question for today is that, how does a person (assuming he does everything correctly) gain from say half an hour to maybe an hour of manual exercises but at the same time a person who wears ADS for 6-8 hours on an average gain the same amount?
I know results vary from person to person but still the penis anatomy isn't all that different is it.

Current- 6.2-6.5x4.5 (baseball penis)
S.T. goal-7x5.2 Uniform girth, 5% body fat.
L.T. goal- 8x6 and I just want her eyes to go wide and say "wow, that's big" and itch to talk about me and Junior to her girlfriends.

The type of tension you get from brief and comparatively intense bursts of activity is very different from long, very light and sustained tension.
Think of the effect long sustained activities has on the body (like jogging) and compare that to short burst of intense activity- like weightlifting. Both are forms of taking on stress loads.
