Hi big al,
again thanks for the response, is there a max time limit I should be aiming for when performing the ulis? Say 4 x 60 seconds etc.
Its a bit of a vicious circle at the moment with the no libido but I'm sure it will come back, I just need to do what I can to help it along!8/7/14 - BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.5" BPFSL 7.25", BEG 5.75"

While we do offer training for devices through MeCoach, my specialty is in manual exercise training. That will depend on the specific stretch you're performing. When you come off of a 10 week break you're going to need some time to recondition yourself to PE exercises. You might want to ease back into training with a couple of weeks of jelqs or light squeezes before easing back into ULIs. If you truly want to get good at ULIs and derive the maximum benefit from them you should continue to do them consistently. Recently I came across this statement from a ************* moderator:
"I believe anyone who starts clamping before they have done at least 18 months of PE will severely limit their long-term potential girth gains. Clamping has to be a last resort for when every more gentle method has given all the gains they can. If you clamp early you just toughen your penis up quickly so it cannot get gains from any gentler method. Get every gain you possibly can over 18 months to 3 years before you clamp. That is the way to maximise gains, rather than limit them."
What do you think of this statement, especially the bolded part?
To me it doesn't really make sense, as his statement implies that you would basically just "lose" any of those gains you could have made with lighter methods.
I'd like to know your opinion on that!

My opinion is that it's a very risky exercise and shouldn't be performed by beginners. It doesn't necessarily yield superior results to other movements, and even under the best cases there are usually side effects- especially discoloration.Originally posted by Squirtle View PostHello Big Al

Remeber me and my turtling/hard flaccid. The one week break (except one edging session on Wednesday) gave me some more insight. As I have noticed, on Monday there was no change, but on Tuesday and Wednesday there was a much much better hang. Now since Thursday it's turtling again. So I think outside influences are the cause, not the routine, although I have to do the ten second break between the squeezes, which I somehow missed until now.
So it's either or all of the influences of cold, stress and caffeine
EDIT: Also it seems, that my penis lives according to the motto: A boner a day keeps the turtling away (or reduces it). I don't mean morning erections I just mean a EQ of 10 and he's happy for the day^^ Might monitor thatLast edited by Tow; 11-15-2014, 03:00 AM.Starting Stats (08-26-2014):
