Well, a totally different feeling today. My unit feels very sore (no pain) from yesterdays exercise. My flaccid is harder than usual all day, so I'm going to skip exercise this evening and see how it feels tomorrow. I think I might have pulled too hard during the basic stretches yesterday. It just frustrates me that I'm not gaining in length at all so I tried to increase the intensity of the stretches. So instead of working out twice a day, I'll be taking a rest day lol...Start 9/'16...11/'16...1/'17

Hey Al, thank you for the advice in the other thread.
I've been following your template on how to approach my workout.
So, I warm up (with a Rice Sock)
Girth work:
1. Bundled Stretches (5 mins, 2:30 each hand)
2. I do a little girth circuit, I do either a 20 second Uli or a slow Squash Jelq til ~50% erect and then do 5 advanced squeezes. I do this circuit 8 times.
Length work
1.BTC Stretches Left, Right Center x 3 times each position held for 40 seconds
2. Rotary Cranks x 12 (clockwise and anti clockwise)
Warm down and then a O-ring to keep it engorged for a few hours.
In your opinion, is this too little or too much?

Here's the thing- statements like "too little" or "too much" are extremely relative. Whenever I make assessments I always use a trainee's past training details to figure out the next plan of action.
What you described above would qualify as a very advanced routine, but if the training you did before this prepared you for just a regimen, then it should be sufficient. It's certainly NOT something I'd recommend any trainee jump into without extensive preparation.
Also, your previous training should have been a successful precursor to this- justifying the climb to even more intense training. It's not something you'd jump into if your training for the past few months have been of the low intensity/high volume type- like (for example) extender workWant a FREE Month of Coaching? It's hard to believe something will change when there are no signs of improvement (in length) at all. I must have a tough tunica or something, because I stretch very patiently. There could be any number of reasons why one wouldn't make progress. Some men are naturally resistant to progress, but in many cases a deficiency in the training could explain a lack of gains. In a great many cases EQ is usually a big deficiency.
What I do when making assessments is to look at the journal- along with any accompanying stats to get a picture of what's been done and where potential changes can be made to target any weaknesses and improve/build upon specific strengths.Want a FREE Month of Coaching? Big AL , I have a question about gain's. I've had much success with Pegym exercises but my ? is about Edging / Ballooning after my workout routine. Does ejaculation really hinder gain's. I am not excessive with the ejaculation. I can only Edge with my Fleshlight Monday & Friday where as I hand Edge in between. I have no problem not ejaculating when hand Edging but using my fleshlight I always push my self to the limit and past PONR after 30 minutes or more . It's easy for me to stop Hand Edging after a given time & be done but the Fleshlight is different. I only have sex during the week if WIFE is feeling froggy , other than That I always past my PONR , Monday & Friday.

Some frequency of ejaculation is healthy and necessary to maintain optimal function and proficiency. How important is EQ towards gains? I have never really had very hard erections(easily bendable in all directions/skin fairly loose and not so taut), however I know I am capable of them because it has happened once or twice.
I have been pe'ing for just under a month(jelqs only) and my EQ has increased some but I am willing to accept the fact that my erections just do not get super hard.
Can an 8/10 EQ(would be ecstatic if I can consistently achieve this) see any gains?

EQ is literally the life blood of the penis. A more conditioned penis is going to respond much better to training and will also be able to endure much more challenging regimens than an unfit penis.Originally posted by Cokafor View PostBig Al,

Are you saying bad EQ could be the reason I am not gaining in length? Howcome I am gaining in girth then? My unit is getting wider and fuller, but not longer. Wouldn't that indicate a tough tunica?
