  • Can I do The stop and start with Fleshlight ?
I should add, that by masturbating it takes me about 20-40 minutes to reach first Point Of No Return and by using Fleshlight - about 20-40 seconds.

Adding a Fleshlight should give the workout a more realistic feel as well as adding a dimension of pleasure to training.

        • On demand?

Thanks for the routine BigAl! I'm looking forward to getting back into PE after having taken a long break.

I have a question for you. In the edging section, you said, "it's likely that you can overcondition yourself- you can find yourself having difficulties ejaculating on demand." I haven't done edging in years, but I do find it difficult to get to the point of no return, even during normal intercourse. My girlfriend usually appreciates that I can last 2-4 hours in bed (no joke), but sometimes she just wants me to be quick. Sometimes, I'm masturbating and just want to be quick about it and get on with my day. So, my question, are there exercises I can do to make my ejaculation more "on demand?" Thanks!

          • You're welcome- and thanks for the kind words

A reverse "Stop and Start" should do the trick. Stimulating yourself to completion as quickly as possible and using a very light grip. This will reduce your sensory threshold within a few sessions.

Abstain from any frivolous masturbation as well, since this in itself is often the cause of negative conditioning.

            • Thanks! I have trouble even getting to completion quickly, but I'll give it a go. I was hoping something like Kegels might help.

A well timed kegel can help to stave off ejaculations. Just be careful to no overdo them.

                • Hey Big Al,
I started PE about 3 weeks ago (going onto week 4 tomorrow) and have been following your method so far. I have added some slight changes, however; starting week 3 I increased the number of jelq reps from 100 to 150, and just after warming up for 15 mins and before going onto the jelqing I do some basic stretching for 30 secs in each direction (straight out, up, down, left, right). This increase was due to me feeling like my gains were stagnating.

My plan was to stick exclusively with your plan (including what I added) until the break out period, after a total of 6 weeks, after which I rest for a week as recommended. Following the rest period, my idea was to try jp90's plan, as I really wanted to compare the two methods. Would this be a worthwhile plan or is it pointless to try a different beginner's routine after another beginner's routine? I am aware jp90's is slightly more voluminous than yours, which is why I thought it could therefore maintain an increasing momentum in the overall PE volume, and therefore still work. Any advice on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.

Also, do you have any recommendations on how to 'straighten' the penis? I've read and have inclusively added to my jelq session side jelqs and mini jelqs, but I'm not sure whether they are working or not/are enough. I have a fairly prominent bend to the left; this means the entire PE process does not go as smoothly in each step as idealised, and it is quite difficult to take measurements (particularly with length) as I have to take them at an angle, and it sometimes gives me varying results because of it (making it a bit difficult to track my gains with accuracy and precision). Thank you so much by the way for developing such a practical method for us newbies.

The cap on reps is compensated for by an increase in training frequency later in the cycle. Still, if you feel the current rep load is far beneath your abilities you might be better of switching over to a more advanced routine. The JP90 is definitely more challenging overall than this particular routine.

                    Thanks

The first attempt to straighten the penis should be to perform the majority of your exercises with the hand opposite the curve. If this doesn't yield the effect you want after a reasonable time frame you can ease into performing the Erect Bend exercise.

How would I best determine if the current rep load is beneath my abilities? Would I just pay attention to PIs?

                      Thanks!

If you can perform 150 reps of the jelq without issue then this workout as prescribed is below your capabilities.

                        • I see. I think I'll update my routine then, and attempt to smoothly transition to jp90's instead.

Thank you so much for your help.
