Since my toilet paper roll test I did around 8 or 9 months ago I have gained .75" base girth. I am so happy at the moment and I want the gains to keep coming. When I first measured my base girth with the toilet paper roll I measured at 5.25" with a rubber band clamp ULI at max EQ. Towards the end of March my base girth was 5.5". I measured my base girth again on the 6th of September and I measured in at 6" BEG.
I think the reasons I gained girth quickly is because I do all my exercises with a rubber band clamp. My flaccid gets really plump during the exercises due to trapped blood and therefore provides a very effective workout.
My workout consists of
V-Jelqs
Tunica jelqs (KITJs)
V-Jelqs derivatives
Overhand Stretches in various directions along with ball pulls (without rubber band clamp)
Various types of bends
A fulcrum stretches
Stretchs over the hand
Bends over the hand
Stretches over the arm (not much nowdays)
Twisted bends
My favorite exercises are the V-Jelqs and and the A stretches
