  • Gaining a lot of girth recently

    Since my toilet paper roll test I did around 8 or 9 months ago I have gained .75" base girth. I am so happy at the moment and I want the gains to keep coming. When I first measured my base girth with the toilet paper roll I measured at 5.25" with a rubber band clamp ULI at max EQ. Towards the end of March my base girth was 5.5". I measured my base girth again on the 6th of September and I measured in at 6" BEG.

    I think the reasons I gained girth quickly is because I do all my exercises with a rubber band clamp. My flaccid gets really plump during the exercises due to trapped blood and therefore provides a very effective workout.

    My workout consists of

    V-Jelqs
    Tunica jelqs (KITJs)
    V-Jelqs derivatives
    Overhand Stretches in various directions along with ball pulls (without rubber band clamp)
    Various types of bends
    A fulcrum stretches
    Stretchs over the hand
    Bends over the hand
    Stretches over the arm (not much nowdays)
    Twisted bends

    My favorite exercises are the V-Jelqs and and the A stretches

    I haven't been doing any erect girth exercises except the day I measured my base girth.

    That workout consisted of

    ULIs
    Compressors
    Edging to porn

        Nice gains, you do all of those exercises in one workout or thats just a list of exercises you used?

          80% of my workout consists of V-Jelqs and A fulcrum Stretches with the other exercises thrown in here and there. V-Jelqs are awesome for girth.

            Thanks. Go ahead and do them. V-Jelqs are awesome. A fulcrum stretches are very effective too.

            According to the TGC theory gaining girth is easier for me than length. Length is harder for me to gain though they keep coming.

            My BPEL and my BPFSL are the same and my EQ is 10/10.

              We have similar girth goals. I am aiming for 6.7"-7" base girth. My length goal is BPEL 8.5".

                Impressive gains Sir_Laid_A_Lot, that's a lot you have gained in just 8-9 months in girth.
                About the V-jelq, I like them too and I'm always doing them when I jelq.

                  My limiting factor is the tunica, since my BPFS is about the same (sometimes shorter) than BPEL! For me girth comes harder, but I'm thinking about getting a air pump next month to help a little ! If it works I'll post a thread here about the results ! In the meantime, I'll try those V-jelqs and fulcrum stretches !

                        By V-jelqs you mean that you use your index finger and middle finger formed in V shape to jelq upward? How do you do it? You hold your skin at the base of your penis and then youjelqs qith the other ahnd or you use both hands simultaneously? Also do you do only upward v jelqs or also downward?

                            I don't use the index and the middle finger. I use the middle and the ring finger. That makes it two fingers on each side of the penis. It's more comfortable that way. However I haven't tried V-Jelqs with the index and the ring finger. I have a rubber band clam when I do the V-Jelqs so I simultaneously push downwards with my other fingers when I pull my penis in whichever direction I do my V-Jelqs. I jelq in three directions. Up, right and left. It'd be very uncomfortable to V-Jelq downwards. I don't think that's possible. I haven't tried it.
