Hey Roy, the spontaneous erections are definitely a good thing!
As for the leg squeezes, if you are getting some kind of expansion from them they might be good, just take care and keep a close eye on your PI's! If you experience anything that has a negative impact on the quality of your erection or the normal frequency maybe give these exercises a break!
I remember you saying something about hurting this area - the perineum, if it was when you were doing this exercise it's probably best to avoid them and stick with the ones outlined in the start here thread.
Good luck with them though and be careful not to hurt yourself!

Thanks again guys. I found out that it was definitely my pc muscle that was the reason why I turtled after doing anything like this.
I have one more issue guys, I once put a lot of pressure on my inner penis with a leg squeeze and then squeezed my penis with my hand at the same time with too much pressure i think and then after that my base seemed to be shorter. When I put pressure on the inner penis it sort of expands my penis but when I squeezed on the penis with my hand while it was expanding it sort of made an indentation I think. But I found out that using a penis pump made this indentation go away for a while but I think to make it permanently better I should put pressure on my inner penis (to make it expand) while also using a penis pump. I think that would make this permanently better.
Sorry for the long message guys. Thanks for letting me vent. It helps me a lot to just get this out of my head.

I don't really understand what you are asking here. You think you may have caused damage to your base from too much pressure with squeezes, but with a pump this indentation goes away? Why not just stick to pumping at low pressure and forget about the squeezes that you think caused the damage in the first place. Just pump at low pressure 3-5 h.g. and you should be fine. Forget about your "inner penis", and concentrate on your outer penis

Yeah i think to permanently fix the indentation i need to either have a strong penis pump(mine is pretty much novelty), or use my penis pump while making my erection more intense by leaning forward with an erection or something like that. Do you think my penis pump is just not strong enough? it was 18 dollars and is one of the ones where you squeeze a rubber "ball" at the end. It does not seem like very much pressure.

Can you do me a favour and don't sit on anything or lean forward on top of something or make your PE devices more intense by ideas you have derived in your head to be good? Remember you have caused a lot of problems for yourself by doing this before, so just follow the recommendations and what ways you should perform exercises.
I think you could fix the indentation if you just pump regularly. Forget about all the other stuff. Pumping is safe if you follow precautions and pump safely. It is not if you are trying to do other crazy shit while you pump, then it is getting risky and stupid. Just pump for 20 minutes at 5 h.g. and do sets like that for a while and increase the time a little bit as you get more conditioned.

Also, buy a decent pump kit if you are pumping. Novelty penis pumps are crap. You need a gauge pump set.
