Guys, I am wondering, since I caused a slight indentation where I gripped while putting pressure on my inner penis with an erection, is it still safe to have sex? This does not feel like an injury. This will not cause any further problems right guys?

I wouldn't worry Roy, if there is no pain and it isn't affecting your ability to get erect then you should be fine to have sex. My tip to you is go out and get yourself some loving

Yeah guys, I am not sure I would recomend doing this "girth technique" because I did something similar to this while doing like a uli with a tight grip and it seems like I made a slight indentation on my penis. Bareley noticible but still.
