      I started doing them on separate days of me doing tunica tugs and bundles using the various 3 you posted, and I met my goal of gaining a half inch in length. Not sure on girth but I do know I've made a slight gain on there.

            I generally hold for a count of 10, or 10s-15s.

              After a squeeze workout, i noticed i can instantly see some gains with a fuller feeling of the girth. Kinda like its pumped up. Are these just temporary or will they stay ?

                They are temporary, but a positive sign nonetheless. We'll tell us overtime if they stay, the longer you do them the more they will stay!

                  Evening guys!

                  Is it normal to lose a strong proportion of my erection during jelqs and squeezes? I try to start my jelqs at 60% but struggle mentally to keep myself aroused, by the end of it despite having a much fuller and larger penis, it's just a large flaccid, maybe 20-30%. Also the same happens after any sort of squeezes, obviously starting these at a higher eq.

                  Is the failure to maintain arousal level going to seriously affect my potential gains?

                      I've read some people have seen brilliant gains jelqing as low as 30%, I'm just unsure how this would be possible if you're not filling your unit to the maximum engorgement therefore tearing the micro tissues?

                      Maybe my EQ and libido is just a lot lower than I thought

                            Stay away from the porn. The longer you do this the better your erections will react to your imagination. Jelqing at 30% is fine. It helps mostly with length as you do push the cells to expand in the length direction. Keep working and using your imagination. Your penis will respond.

                              I know that there are a lot of variations for girth exercises but I think the point of them is to expand your shaft so I just trap blood on the base and near the glans and squeeze them to see it expanding to a bigger state than a normal erection.
                              Sometimes I move the base grip a bit further to have a bigger expansion on the middle of the shaft.

                              Also I just started to wear a tight cock ring after the girth sessions because it can keep the enlarged state and maybe help with the gains. In the most intense exercises I can have 0,5" in expansion, while the cock ring can maintain around 0,2" of this expansion after the workout. And if I do edging while using the cock ring I can reach 0,3".

                                I advise no porn at all. Your goal should be to be able to just enjoy stimulation because it physically feels good, eventually not even using imagination.
