  • Stretching at a high intensity makes it harder to gain in length?

So I've been reading up on thickened ligs, and hard septums. For the past 2 weeks I been using a high intensity when stretching. My Pi's are good but my ligs, cc, and septum have become very tough and fibrous. From what I've read this makes it harder to gain in length. Is this true or does it vary from person to person? I'm on my final month of JP's routine and want to make sure I get the best out of all my gains. Will rest somehow loosen them up? Confused on what to do

I've gained nearly 1.5 inches in a year. I seem to get better results from high intensity, but I know everyone is different.

          Have a look here https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...rth-gains.html
Ease into the stretches, otherwise you'll battle against the defensive repsonse from the body, as well as increase the risks of injury.

I hope it helps. Always be patient , the more you want to hurry the less you gain (at least most of the time) .
Jp90 ends soon, but nothing will prevent you from going on with it afterwards. 90 is just a number, if you gain and experience positive PIs, you can continue to follow it, increase the duration of each stretch, the EL (erection level) of the jelqs (don't go over 80 %), reps, frequency of work outs etc.. You can also use it as the foundation of your next work out, add squeezes if you want girth etc..

Very true. I think I'm cut back on my stretching intensity. Jelqing intensity I'm going to keep at for now. I plan on adding a few more exercises when I'm finished but still keep the same routine. I'm going to exhaust a lot of manual exercises until I can't gain anymore then move on to devices. Haven't looked any up cause I'm not trying to get ahead of myself.

Cool, keep this mindset. Stretches work better when you ease into them (did I say that already). You can end up pulling with a decent amount of force if you started with a gentle pull. As far as jelqing goes, it depends on how you respond, fat plump flaccid at the end of the work out, increase in size and great erection hardness / morning wood , are very positive signs. Of course if you do lots of stretches they may hinder the EQ improvements .
More than any written routine, your PIs should be what guides your work outs, especially when you become more advanced.

I make sure I have good PIs all the time. I let them guide me now as a beginner. The only real issue I end up having is the usual soreness. I like doing bed fowfers for that. Do you think I should take a small break so my ligs can soften up?

I'm not really convinced they toughened up, I think you read a lot (and that's very positive) and started to notice things you didn't notice before. Rest from stretches and focus on jelqs for a week , two depending on how you feel. Use heat, massage if you want to.

High intensity is relative. You certainly shouldn't be stretching all-out initially. That being said, the goal during your exercises should be stronger AND more flexible tissues.

I actually feel blessed Big Al wrote on my post.

@Big Al, so then I should focus on lighter stretches?

@popol, I think I'm going to start doing that this week and see how it goes. A little confused on the exercise in the link you posted. Have you tried it yourself?

No , I'm not saying it works either, it's just food for thoughts regarding high intensity stretches.
