  • Base girth

    Perhaps this thread should be in the theory forum?
    I've never focus on base girth, although my girth is less at the base. Wondering about starting to focus on that, I was thinking about pumping with 2 1/3 of my penis wrapped? That way only the base portion would be exposed for expansion...never tried that before and I am not sure if its an existent exercise already. Any opinions to grow the base?

        I wore silicone sleeves covering all but the base while pumping.
        It certainly focuses expansion onto the uncovered area. Just a bit complicated to use.

        Also there is even some effect within the area that is covered. It tries to expand from within out but cant. This is also a force that seems to induce expansion after the coverage is gone.

          Somewhat related, I think the Phallosan Forte is also increasing my base girth at an accelerated pace. I've particularly noticed a lot more definition when both flaccid & erect to my CS. The PF sleeve ends about 1/2 way up my flaccid, so when the vacuum is pumped into the bell, my head naturally is expanded, but my base + shaft up to where the condom sleeve begins is also expanded. PF is more of a length than girth device, but this has been my experience with it after about 4 weeks.

                Jock, is it possible that it's because your pulling more of the inner penis out? My base girth increases dramatically where it becomes inner penis.

                Also for me I have noticed that stretching is very important if your going for girth.

                  I'm not sure about the inner penis being pulled; however, the PF does keep your penis pulled upward under constant tension, so it's extended. I'm more of the opinion my CS expansion is coming from the internal pressure created by the vacuum on my head in the bell. It feels like that internal pressure extends throughout my shaft when I'm wearing it. That pressure is forced back all the way to my lower shaft and base, beyond where the sleeve ends mid-way down my shaft, and expands the lower part of the shaft to my base via my CS. Make sense?

                    Interesting. I am the total opposite, yet I had the same perception. My inner penis is way thinner than the outer part and also very long. I have like 8 more inches of inner penis. And I thought my base was thin because is part of the inner penis I have pulled out throughout the years.

                      A good thing i suppose for base girth since i do it myself would probably be the "Side-To-Side" stretch, as you hold your penis stretched downward directly to the floor when performing it. This is similar to hanging, only it's manual, and it's commonly claimed that hanging is a great tool to achieve base girth.

                      Also i do Jelqing + Ulis with keegels when i edge. Jelqing is important in my opinion when it comes to girth!

                        Before PE and even up until my PF use, with just manual exercises, my shaft has always been consistently the same pretty much from base to glans when flaccid (check my beginner pic albums & see what I mean). My MEG would expand (always has), when erect. Now I'm seeing that base expand exponentially with the PF use- at my base-more; although I seem to not only be adding length, but more girth too, primarily with my CS expanding from the internal pressure of the PF.

                          I read somewhere (ncbi) a study made on human cadavers, if I remember right the tunica was found to be of different thickness/resistance/elasticity in different part of the shaft. It is very much possible the tunica near the base expands more, which could be why pumping builds base girth for quite a few. Also the base usually packs the cylinder first (scrotum skin etc..), this could also be an explanation.
                          As far as hanging goes it is possible the ligs , especially the fundiform ligament (wrapped around the base), get thicker thanks to hanging/pulling.
                          I do not believe in the inner penis being pulled out, also the inner penis is not always thicker than the shaft.

                            I also forgot to mention the corpus spongiosum which always grows a lot more near the base.

                            Once I finish attacking length I will focus on base girth
                            You should definitely look into hanging.

                              @ popol: Do you believe that "pressure transferance" via my CS to the base of my shaft has merit? I'm just describing what I feel when wearing my PF. I've hever done amy hanging or other devices work, so I'm just relaying what this feels like. The vaccuum on my head in the bell is fairly intense, then seems to "transfer" to my base (there's still pressure on my head filling the bell completely) running down my CS when I hook up the clip to the belt around my waist. Have you used a PF before and did you feel this too?
