I am currently doing lg hanger , pumping , and clamping until the year ends . If I don't make gains by the end of the year then PE doesn't work. But if I do I will become a supporter for life .
I am in the same boat as you. Haven't gained anything in 4 years... but I am still hoping for that miracle.

But until then, PE doesn't work for me (yet).

If PE works for you, congratulations.
This is the most frustrating aspect for me. That others seem to be able to gain with relative ease (ie 1" in 3-6 mo) while I have only been able to eek out .25" iS extremely frustrating. Also the fact that some seem to be unable to understand that no two penises are the same and genetics not method is probably the biggest factor for PE success. These attitudes and the sheer arrogance is a good portion of the reason that I can barely stomach reading this forum much nowadays.

I became very active at Thunders forum more than 4 years ago. Back then I was hopeful about the possibility of gaining. With every failed method and trial and error, I eventually paid for chemPE consultation with Ron (the dude from Montreal) and did the most horrible thing to my dick. I was so determined to gain even just 1/4" by injecting PGE-1 and DMSO bi-mix.

And of course with my genetics, I wasn't able to get a rock hard erection for 2 straight hours. I did get whole lot of pain and loads of fluid build-up from cockring trying to prevent the bi-mix from escaping the shaft. I raised my concern to Ron but he said I was injecting the normal amount of what every newbie would inject. Again he couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting enough erection quality from the injection. To make the long story short, after a month of chemPE, my penis literally was dead. For one week after the 4th week injection, my erection quality could not get passed 40%. I was literally scared to death--and felt totally defeated, frustrated and angry at myself.

Fast forward till now, 2 years later, I am still suffering the injury with lackluster erection quality. I have recovered to 90% erection quality but it's just NOT the same anymore.

I am glad there are a couple of us "hard-gainers" who are speaking out on forums like this. Way too often guys on here tend to think that penis enlargement is not just possible but "definitely doable" with effort. But I disagree. Very few folks like me can't gain much at all regardless what we do. Please be sympathetic about our experience and process. Do not jump into the conclusion that we are not doing it right, or we lack determination, etc.

Heck. After my horrible chemPE experience, I bought a LG hanger (a year ago) and consulted Marlon and even paid consultation with Dr. Ric. The conclusion is that even Dr. Ric can't figure out why I was having trouble with gaining and with LG Hanger. But again, come to think of it, I don't expect Dr Ric to understand my frustration since he claims to be a big gainer from hanging. So his experience of PE is very positive and different from mine.

And yes, I stopped reading and posting at Thunders for the same reason like yours. I can't stand reading other people's juicy big gain stories while mine PE journey is nothing but misery. lol

I choose to beleive pe works and have gained since I've started. Don't care to prove it to anyone because it's my goals I'm after and quite frankly other people's opinions of me are none of my business.

In my personal experience with any area in life. Most people "try" to do this or "try" to do that. The brain can't comprehend the word or action of try. Either you do or don't, will or won't, but to tell yourself you will give it a try surely tells your subconscious to quit regardless of effort.

Basically you have to want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe. And if you're coming up short in any area of your life (not just in your pants) then you probably don't want it bad enough or aren't making the necessary sacrafices.

            • Can someone explain to me what is meant by Genetics standing in the way of gains? Like my tunica is tougher than yours? Or what? If you made it to 15lbs why did you stop? What are the factors of genetics that stop you from pursuing PE in a positive direction?
I am not trying to be a dick. Just really interested in what you see as your limiting factors?

I agree. You just have to keep switching it up after 6 months to a new modality if something is not working. Or throw the kitchen sink at at.

How much weight did you get up to in the LG? Have you tried clamping or pumping?

I am currently doing heating pad pumping, clamping and LG hanger. I will report at the end of the year.

So it's not possible that some may have a super tough and or more layers of tunica or there are other genetical or physiological limiting factors? If I do the exact same routine and have the same mindset as someone who has gained 2" I can gain 2" too? Seems to be that's basically what your saying? It's all in our head and our technique sucks?

I suppose if I did fifty curls at the exact same weight, technique and had the same diet as 100 other males the exact same age, build and attitude the increase in muscle mass would be identical too. Lol.

                  • Is there a reason you do both girth and length work together? I did that also because I wanted to grow in all directions. If you are targeting specific growth have you tryed just one direction or the other? I spent several hours per day doing intense excersize, do you also? For instance I would hang for 3-4 hours per day, or pump for 3-4 hours per day. Clamped edging for 3 hours per day. Intense excersize multiple hours per day. Do you guys that can't gain do similarly?

Saw a program on tv which showed 10 or 15 % of people respond well to aerobic exercise and 10 or 15% poorly, including some who did not respond at all . They have developed a blood test which picks up the genetic markers and predicts with high accuracy who will respond well and who will not. Now does this mean aerobic exercise does not work?
To be honest, I came here for the troll bashing, but Pegases is dead-on. A progression log, either private or public, is a huge boon to anyone's PE journey.

It's great for motivation, goal setting, and workout progression. I keep mine offline, because it's more of a PE diary. It's marital stats of intimacy, everyday issues that effect libido, along with PE routines. Hammering out thoughts into logical sentences helps me make sense of all the minute details.

It's great for motivation when I have a bad PE day. I think back and realize I've gone through months of awesome PE days, and that one bad day seems insignificant.

My memory of past PE sessions are stronger and top of mind for personal PE theory. When trying something new during workouts I can trouble-shoot things before they go from bad-to-worse.

The diary format has been great for progressing against my premE. It helps me understand how my body reacts to extreme or prolonged stress, which greatly effects my libido and ejaculation control.

Anyway, I'll stop babbling. Just do it.

I feel like my penis is super sensitive to physical force. From what I have read on the forums, if an adequate force is used to stretch out penis (either hanging, ADS, pumping, whatever ways), one should experience positive indicators such as hanging longer/thicker, more plump, stronger erection etc. In my case, I rarely get a good flaccid hang from using my Bathmate. Even when I do get a good hang (heavier hang), it wouldn't last longer than 10 minutes. This lack of positive responses to PE is what I consider my biggest limitation factor, which is HOW my penis reacts to physical force.

So in my previous post I talked about Ron (and a few others) who have done chemPE injections. From what I read, although most of them do experience pain sensation from the erection, their flaccid still remains plump and heavy (or not badly turtled) after the PGE-1 effect has subsided. In my case, my penis turtles ALOT from the injection because there is a lot of pain.

I tried not to combine multiple methods at the same time so I could track my progress. I did extender for 5 straight months with zero result (6-8 hours a day). Then I did vacuum-hanging, but LG Hanger was giving me such a pain (literally and mentally). I kept getting blisters and the tip of the glans became really really painful. I think the pain was causing my penis to turtle a lot. I couldn't get passed 7.5 lb without pain. I also stopped hanging, because I wanted to let my junk to fully rest from my horrible chemPE injections.

Yes, I have done hot water pumping, Bathmate and air pumping with heat blanket wrapped around the tubes. All I got was extra foreskin

                            • After reading through, I only have one question for you; why do you care?

For someone who seems to hate PE so much, and claim that it's a scam, even though performing PE itself is as free as the air we breath, you seem bent on trying to prove to either yourself or us, that you're right. I don't see your point in all this backlash and disrespectful behavior on the forum. I don't see why you care so much over this, if you're quite satisfied with yourself and your penis.

Yes, I can see that PE apparently didn't work out for; too bad. However, for those of us that have had success from PE, whether it be small or big, we'll continue to practice it and incorporate it into out daily regime. There's people who've been doing PE for YEARS, and they probably only gotten an inch out of it all, but it's still something to be proud of.

You see, what I don't understand is why you mock those of us who decided to do PE and stick with it. You say you did PE for months with no results; as many have said, you must be doing something wrong. Moreover, you can't expect to PE and automatically get results. It's like going to the gym for only a couple of months and see that you're not buffing up any; but I guess that's the gym fault, huh?

PE, and anything else that you do that affects your body, take time and patience. It's not just something you do for a set period of time, and give up, it's a lifestyle change; just like the gym. Are you eating right? Are you doing the routines properly? Are you doing them at the right intensity? There are MANY factors in how YOUR PE will affect YOUR body.

Before I continue to rant on, I'll just ask you this one more time; why do you care?

EDIT: And I see I was far too late to the party, I typed this on my phone fyi, hahah. Oh well, guess I'll never find the answer to my question then.
