  • Wishful, how can you not think genetics plays a role in gains. Genetics plays a role in all of our physical attributes. Its like saying anybody can be a bodybuilder if they put in the time. I can guarantee that not true. Everyone's body id different and reacts different to stresses. We also see some gain 2 even 3 inches and others almost nothing doing the same routine. Sure, I am also skeptical when someone says they have gained nothing after two years. At the very minimum eq or morning wood. But people that don't gain due to genetics shouldn't discount that pe works. Tge skepticism goes both ways.

    • I think wishful is saying can genetics really hold someone back or set limits on what can be achieved. I think no. There is different genetic makeups and different people react differently and there are some that may have severe issues that mean certain things can't be done but even then many people have broke through their supposed limits. Lionel messi was one person.

I suppose if I did fifty curls at the exact same weight, technique and had the same diet as 100 other males the exact same age, build and attitude the increase in muscle mass would be identical too. Lol.
Routine and mindset are two different things. I am merely speaking of a mindset here. What works for me may not work for you. But if you use that as a comparison and quit you don't have the proper mindset. Thus you will never get the results you're after.

Here is maybe a better example. There are members in my family that "can't" lose weight. Although the amount of exercise and diet isn't where it needs to be. And they blame it on have "fat" genes. I am in the same family and yes when I don't do proper exercise AND proper diet I will gain all kinds of weight. I have gotten up to 283lbs and have been down to 180 so it's not about my Jens so to speak as it is finding the right program that works for me. I always say "it's not that I can and you can't, but I will and you won't."

Everything in this world is more a mindset that anything else. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen. If you don't have the right mindset, any excuse will do.

Another way of putting it is there is always a solution to every problem. And doubts and negativity will most defiantly hinder success.

        • I believe that everyone can make it grow. That 1 routine doesn't work for you, you have to try another. Only time will tell which routine fits you.

I don't care if it takes me 8 years to gain 1", it's fun to do and it's a fun search.

Everybody can be a body builder. Third body third build. Compete at the national level? Maybe not, but even quadriplegics build their bodies. Same results as someone else? Probably not, but do what it takes to build your body and I believe you will build your body. Penis included.
We are all building our bodies in some way right now. What body you build is on you, but you are building your body. Dedication and ce!ebration of the building is key. Terms like measly .25 inches piss me off. That is growth. It proves you can grow. Power whining never built a fucking thing.
I don't read Wishful's posts because he is an easy gainer... You do three one hour sets of clamped edging without cumming and see if you get no results. You hang 15 lbs with bundles, heat and massage during 3-4 your sets. Pump for 3-4 hours at a time with heat, or warm water, and do manual JP90 style excersize and edging with all that. Develop a jerk method, use a rolling pin. Then tell me I am an easy gainer. If you don't put in the work needed then I say you are not really attempting to grow your penis. I say you want something for minimal effort. I say you are getting out exactly what you are putting in. As far as extenders, 12-16 hours per day. Those are the numbers I use.

            • Now, I've been thinking of taking up masochism. Just may be that a jerked rolling pin method of PE is the ticket.

When I first started off PE 4 years ago, my mindset was hopeful and positive. I was determined to gain. After the 1st year, I was like, "there is gotta be a way to gain". After the second year, I was like, "dammit, why can't I gain like everyone else?". And in my 3rd year, I went too far by doing chemPE because I was desperate to gain--eventually caused a serious injury to my junk.

I agree that mindset is just as important as routines/techniques. However, after years of disappointment, one can't help but feel there is no possibility. And then you start to evaluate the possible outcome vs the time and effort (and all the emotional feelings). Is it really worth putting so much time for something that may not give you any return at all?

Honestly, if you have ever gained length (or girth) from PE, you are much more likely to continue on even if there is a roadblock in your journey. The initial gain you have experienced already makes you a believer in PE. But folks like me who don't have initial gain is likely have a different opinion about if PE really does work as long as one commits it.

So far I am still searching for a way.. but recovery is more important at this point.

You sound like an easy gainer in my opinion. Your penis can take so much physical stress and still have good erection quality (otherwise you would have stopped doing what you have been doing). You seem to be able to gain from doing more and more (judging from your description of routines you have done). If I were to clamp three hours a day my dick would be severely injured and my EQ would be negative impacted. We all understand that without EQ, there is no possibility of gaining.

Your experience of PE is what gives you the gains. Easy gainer, to me, doesn't mean quick newbie gains by doing little PE work. My definition of easy gainer is those who can gain by doing more and more, and STILL see results and remain strong erection quality.

Just remember. There are folks out there who cannot even sustain an erection from doing what you have described. Your experience has taught you that by doing more (and stay persistent) you will results. Not everyone shares the same experience.

But he also had allegedly hormonal supplementation. (Of course maybe for health reasons)
His small sturdy frame is a big part of why he is that good. He has very low pivot and cant fall over so to speak. Its a huge advantage when it comes to football.

There are many small technicly good footballers but they arent as compact as messi and I think his medical past might has helped develope that. His club did help him with the financing of it too so its a bit suspicious. Not putting him down he obviously also has the brain to use his frame..I love watching him play.
