  • Advice needed on small change to Big Al Routine

    Hi guys,
    I've finished the jp90 routine and I have started the Big Al Jelq Free routine so far im about 3-4 weeks into it. im loving it. I would say i have made 0.1 inch gain in girth but my length seems to keep going up and down, never past my which is 6.6bpel. some days it's 6.4 or 6.5 it really varies.

    I feel like the side to side stretches aren't working for me, As just holding a down ward stretch and moving it side to side i don't really feel Fatigue.

    I also looked into TGC theory and from what i can see my tunica is the limiting factor, not sure there is a way to prove this but looking online a few good tunica stretches are

    1- Tunica tugs
    2- Bundled Stretch
    3- A-Stretch


    Was wondering what you guys would suggest,

    My routine looks like

    Warm up
    60 Big Al Squeezes Holding for 5 sets of 10 and holding for 5 seconds every rep
    {Insert Length Excercies}
    30 minutes of edging
    warm down


    What length exercises can i do to replace the Side to side Stretch
    Also for the jp90 routine i was doing 25-30 minutes of stretching which is apparently a lot so i'm probably slightly more conditioned.

    How is your EQ? If your length varies that tells me that there might be a problem there. How is your BPFSL compared to your BPEL? If your EQ is inconstant then you might want to back off some on the stretching until it returns.

    As far as breaking a length plateau, bundled stretches worked well for me.

      Good advice

      Kegels should be performed before edging.

      I'd recommend the Tension Stretch in your case- since you appear to be prepared for a higher intensity movement.

        Hey cav

        My EQ is generally really good, whilst doing the squeezes i do struggle to maintain 75 percent erect and for a short period after my workout like 1-2 hours I struggle to have a EQ higher then 7.
        But the next day or even a couple of hours after the workout, my EQ is about 9-10. Just today I have had to have 3 days break because my erections were that strong and had them for that long it was almost painful.

        My bpel and bpfsl are close with only about 0.2 difference
        Hence why I think it's the tunica limiting me

          Thanks for your input, totally didn't think about doing kegels before edging but it makes sense.

          Would you only suggest to do the tension stretch and not the bundled stretch, or could I incorporate both of them. Let's say 10 tension stretches as mentioned in the guide and 10 bundled stretches is this to much or to little.

          Also with the tension stretch can i pull up instead of downwards or would this defeat the purpose as I don't know if pulling straight down has an effect on me

          Also the tension stretch says put your hand right behind the head of your penis wouldnt it be about 1 inch behind the head?

            Try A-stretches and bundled stretches to work the Tunica more intensly. Check the EXERCISES TAB top left for videos on how to correctly do these exercises. Good Luck!

              Attempt the Tension Stretch alone for a few weeks to see what effect it has. If you feel the need to add something, you can experiment with the bundled stretch.

              You'll target the ligaments more efficiently with a downwards stretch.

              As long as the hand behind the glans doesn't start to occlude it you should be OK.
