    Hey guys!

    I am currently doing 60 A-stretches à 10 seconds (increased by 1 every session), 140 light slow Jelqs at a low EQ (increased by 4 every session), 60 advanced squeezes (increased by 1 every session) and 12 minutes of medative rks (increased by 2 minutes every third session). These are done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday accompied by edging sessions (sweetspot eliminating etc.). On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I am doing 2 fofwers à 30 minutes and desensitizing for 15 minutes (basically rubbing the sweetspots directly without any lube).

    My goal is to gain length, with a little bit girth. The stretches and squeezes target the tunica, but my low EQ (the only negative EQ) of 7 demanded the Jelqs I am doing as adviced in the TGC theory thread.

    Since August I have gained 0.2 inches in length, but this could be measurement inconsistency or the weight loss. Is there anything you can give me advice on? Could it be that I am doing too much or am I doing too less? Could it be that my stretches are too intense, even though I don't have any negative PIs?

      Looking at your routine, the only thing that is over done and negatively affecting your EQ is 60 squeezes. That's a LOT, even for a veteran! Just what do you mean by "advanced" squeezes? Squeezes are hard on your EQ, so I'd cut those down to about 15-20, at most, maybe even fewer, depending on how your EQ bounces back. Take a couple of extra days off, before restarting to let your unit recover some until your EQ/morning wood returns, then restart with fewer squeezes. I think you'll see improved EQ.

        Thank you for your answer? What would you recommend for length? A change, or do you think after the added rest it will get more successful in terms of length? also in this rest days is edging ok? I would refrain from everything except edging, desensitizing and pelvic floor, because that's were I am progressing very well

          Swap the fowfers for 1 hour of LAS while you're awake at work( if you have a desk job), or watching TV. Fowfers & LAS can also be bundled, later on, for even more tunica & fascia breakdown if needed, if you still aren't seeing gains in a month or so.

          Consider wearing a properly fitted surgical steel cock ring to hold your engorgement after exercises to cement your gains. I wear one 24/7 when not wearing my PF. Check my signature link and also my Guidelines to sizing a steel cock ring thread on the Cockrings Group site.

            Thank you, but I don't know about the cock ring thing, the hang wasn't that bad after workouts or the day after not ejaculating edging sessions

              Jockinthebox, what is the difference between 60 squeezes and say 3x10min clamping sessions. Seems clamping 30 minutes is way more intense than 60 squeezes unless they are 1 min each? Just trying to figure js squeezes are better or clamping.

                You are correct, mizzle, clamping IS more intensive than squeezes, but the OP was asking about his own routine, which did not include clamping. He's suffering some EQ issues, so in analyzing HIS routine, it was obvious to me the squeezes were the culprit in his EQ. If you have great EQ and are struggling to gain with exercises or break a plateau, clamping or hanging are both good alternatives to work the tunica & fascia.

                  I am taking this week off too, because EQ is getting better, but not that good enough. I am still edging and doing pelvic floor though. After this I would do the stretches again and the jelqs, but will leave out the squeezes for now. Good idea? Ah, before I forget: Is there a 101 thread on LAS?

                      Roger that Jock. Not to high jack this thread but I was clamping and had EQ problems. Not horrible but noticeable. I dropped the clamping and lowered the jelqs. Now I am doing 2 sets 10min Bathmate, 10min jelqing. Had the best MW Ive had in years last night. Anyway, Im guessing the clamping may have been my problem with EQ.
