  • Need some length advice

    So I've been doing PE for a couple years. I am about 6 inches BPEL and 5 inches girth. I really would like to get the length to at least 7 inches. Currently I am doing manual stretches, side stretches, A Stretches, bundles etc for about 20 mins a day with some pumping. Any advice on what I can do to see some more gains? I've gained probably a half inch in length in this time. Need more soon. Thanks

      20 minutes a day is light. Stretch more and consider hanging, that's the advice you'll get probably. Or extender, if that's your thing. I started using it today...

        Length on I say start hanging or use an extender. I have an almost new bib hanger Ill sell for $50. For length and girth I think jelqing and erect bends are the best.
        Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

        Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

        Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

          I have a Bib hanger and it was not for me . I don't have the ability to do an extender either. I guess I am looking for some more manual stretching ideas and a good length routine. Thanks

            You are into some advance stretching exercises already. What you need to do now, as mentioned above, is longer sessions and longer holds on each stretch. 20 minutes is a little on the light side.

              I am currently holding my stretches for 30 seconds. How much longer should I go? Was thinking of trying a side to side routine of doing 400 a day. Any suggestions?

                Try upping it to 45 - 60 seconds. Try to avoid make many changes at the same time. If you start gaining you won't be able to know what is working and what isn't. There is no sense spending time on something that isn't working. You need to give a change time to see if it works.

                  I think you need to accept that you have gained what there is to be gained with manual exercise. Work out the issues you have with the bib hanger and start hanging if you really want to gain more. I did not manage over several years to gain more then half an inch with manuals. I'm hanging now and hope to see gains past my previous max soon so that I hit at least 7.5" with a goal of 8".

                  30 Jan 2013: 7.3" BPEL/4.84" MSEG

                    So I posted this a couple weeks ago and changed my routine. I am doing 300 side to side stretches with bundle stretches in between. Routine is about 40 mins or so. All I can say is wow did it make a difference. I've been doing PE off and on for a couple years and in just 2 weeks I've gained half an inch in length. I checked it twice and a third time. I knew it looked bigger.

                        You won't get even close to gaining an inch in erect length by stretching manually 20 minutes a day. You can't gain that much length from manual stretches alone, period. Despite what anyone says. 2 things affect your length, your ligament, and your tunica.

                        The ligament is the one thing that can be stretched initially for a little while with manual stretching but thats even considering an hour of manual stretches a day. Invest in an extender or a device for hanging if you want to gain length. Now to the tunica, the tunica is a very tough lining to your penis that can absolutely be stretched but not really with manual strethces. You need a prolonged force to create fatigue in the tissue. Thast why sets of hanging or hour to multiple hour sessions of extender work are necessary to create fatigue in the tissue so it can stretch.

                          I am considering getting an extender. I have a Bib hanger and just could not get it to feel comfortable and saw no results from it.

                            Told you it was a light routine!

                            I got an extender - it's a commitment, I have to say, be ready for it... I combine it with JP 90, have a feeling I'll get more results!

                              Hangers can be tricky but if you can get it to work you will make huge gains. Tension and time are really the things you need to stretch the tissue of your penis. What I would do is get a hanger from autoextender the website. They sell a lot of really good products and their hanger isn't like bibs, its a vaccuum hanger. You use a headpiece and silicon tubing to form the vaccuum and then the hangers can hold weights up to 20 pounds which is plenty to make gains. If you start at 5 pounds you wont reach 20 for an entire year.

                              Vaccuum hangers or extenders also allow you to wear them longer because of there being no restriction to head circulation.
