  • Anything new in the PE world? A breakthrough perhaps?

    Hey people,

I was wondering if there has been any development in PE since I was last here about a year ago. As far as I know, pills/potion don't work. I'm also skeptical about the exercises.

You guys know of any good scientific trials done on some new medicine or anything which can result in length and girth gains?

I was thinking about surgery but I am not sure about how safe and effective that would be.

I've gained .5" length and .25" girth in 7 months. My dick is definitely bigger. Start JP90 and see for yourself, unless you like the size of your dick.
    Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

    Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

    Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

      Hey, that's good news. Congratulations.

I know my questions will come across as annoying but can you please answer the following:

      1. How did you objectively measure your penis size before and after? Seems to me like a gain of 0.5 and 0.25 could easily fall within the margin of error when one is measuring an organ like the penis.

      2. How many times per week did you work out and for how many hours each time?

Hey tinyguy, since you've obviously never given PE a test run, I'd suggest you begin READING ALL the threads in the START HERE tab, top left, grey bar. It will answer many of your newbie questions, reveal routines & show videos of exercises that have proven to work for most guys. After reading, measure, & try doing a few of the exercises, then ask questions...

A greater understanding of how the exercises affec tthe penis, the application of improved EQ and greater gains and better penile conditioning, and more refinement in the form of targeted exercises and routines- and the use of particular stats in gauging progress on different levels. This is more of a slow emergent process than a breakthrough, though.

.5x.25 is not within the margin of error. Maybe 1/16 of an inch. I use a hard ruler for bone pressed measurements and a tailors measuring tape for girth. And I dont need a ruler to tell how much bigger my dick is. .25" is quite noticeable in your hands.

Read the start here guide. All of your anwsers are there.

One of the news in the PE community is that a PE exercises work. Go to the success forum and read some of the threads. It will explain you what exactly each of those individuals did and what were their results.

There still has been no scientific trials done one PE exercises. Extenders on the other hand have had studies done and have been proven to work and are sometimes used after surgery. As far as surgery goes, don't do it, there have been some real horror stories.

Here is a link on how to measure. Measuring The important thing is to measure from the pubic bone in exactly the same spot every time. That reduces the margin of error to a negligible amount. .5 inch gain measure this way is a true gain.

When I started PE I did a 5 days on 2 days off week. My routine lasted about 20 - 30 minutes each session starting off.You can find this information as well as all the information you need to start off safely and effectively in the START HERE! link at the top of the page.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
