Yes they said its fine and i dont have varicocele. The thing is i took a cold shower and my balls are fine now. I did a surgery some years back and i think it left some weird veins hanging. I dont know doctors didnt say anything. I wil get it checked again.

One of mine is definitely larger than the other, and one hangs lower than the other, but that's perfectly normal. Our balls are not genetically "coded" to hang perfectly even in our ball sac. That's because we're less likely to become totally sterile if injured by direct trauma to our balls, since they are hanging differently. Larger, heavier and lower-hanging balls are healthier too, because the further our balls hang away from our body, the cooler they remain throughout the day. That's best for more viable sperm production & sperm motility by a pair of well functioning testes.

While we're on the subject... CHECK YOUR BALLS MONTHLY, GUYS! Roll them around gently between your fingers, applying pressure to each one individually to detect any abnormalities or "soreness". Same as a breast self-exam for women to detect lumps which might be an early indication of cancer. Our testes should be firm but not "soft', never "hard" OR HAVING ANY ROUGH NODULES OR SORENESS ON THEM. You should be able to feel where the vas defrense (spermatic cords) attach on the backside of each testicle via the epidittimus, but aside from that, our balls should be smooth and oval or egg shaped.

...Biology lesson OVER! Health class DISSMISSED!

This may be age, but having lived seven decades, my balls are softer late night when I get to bed. So much so that I have been concerned.

But in the morning on arising, they are back to normal and very firm. I attribute this to the aging process but don.t know. I do know this is a new thing in the past couple of years. All other health symptoms, blood work, urologist exam, etc are normal.

My left one is slightly softer. While we're on the topic, I read a story a long time ago about a guy who liked to have his balls squeezed by his wife. (I know, that's not for everyone.). Anyway, he claimed that after several minutes of unrelenting squeezing, this balls were considerably softer far a few minutes before returning to normal. I understand the theory. Your balls, like much of your body, are primarily liquid-filled. Squeezing would drive the blood or liquid out through the veins, and into your body. Leave the balls alone, and the blood would fill back in. I tried to get my wife to try that experiment on me, but she wouldn't do it. So, I asked a buddy. He squeezed for quite a while, and pretty darn firm - bordering on painful. Afterward, to my disappointment, there was no noticeable change. Anyone have any experience with this? - Jeremy, <link removed>

Hello. So i found why my right stesticle is abit mushier sometimes. I have a painfull cyst on the right one. When the testicle gets very big it pushies the cyst. Then the testicle reacts and gets smooth so it prevents damage. I will get operated there and iam abit scared because i already had 2 surgeries.
