I think you might be onto something there paradoxfix, we all pursue increased size, whilst at the same time trying to quell the tide of 'Size Queenery' - maybe we just want our increased sizes to be received with applause rather than indifference.

a zietgeist force today is the media among other things
the media does switch things up to create new trends partly because of marketing .. people do get tired of viewing the same things with over exposure... by changing what is hot it generates more money.
The ass has always been a more taboo area on woman .. the world has become more sexualized so the focus of what woman have to offer has moved southwards..partly do to the porn influence on the internet .. there is also a new trend that is starting to happen rebelling against stick thin woman that are common in the media .. the more curvy female form is trying to break through again and is starting to be reflected in the media... partly because there has been a backlash to all the young females who are starving themselves to be desirable.. The ideal for woman has pretty much always been hourglass which is why very thin woman get boob jobs ..the difference in what is beautiful and what isn't changes, and is based more on measurements.. most recent times its been small measurements in all other areas of the body minus the tits and ass ..when it comes to those things bigger is better .. so proportionally what is ideal beautiful body or hot for a woman is not realistic

Clearly butts are the sexual preference of the fair and meritocratic enlightened ones. Not that they need be muscular, or 'earned.' The logic of the nice butt is paradoxical indeed.

We are hardly slaves to the gifts that come from the 'bosom' of mother nature.

Appreciating petite butts, or large butts, we enjoy exerting tremendous control over how we direct our erotic attention, roaming about the size spectrum, freely eroticizing the proportions and dimensions we choose.

And of course, appreciating a big butt has a certain anti-Hollywood subversive quality to it. A kind of liberation from the aesthetics of the runway model.

But what is a good butt soon becomes a huge argument. i agree appreciating all types is definitely in order... some guys say "anti-butt" butts are sexy... butts that don't really exist outside of a pair of jeans... butts that you can look through the thighs of and see her naughty bits. That's not a butt! That's an extended lowerback! LOL! That's the epitome of the skinny model chick girls are starving themselves to look like!

I'll admit, i'm kind of the typical BG. I like hips thighs and butts, without a shadow of a doubt. i think it's wide hips and nice thick thighs that send me over the top. Skinny thighs/knees are actually quite painful when a girl orgasms and clenches her legs around your ribcage. Thick thighs are a matter of comfort!
